Very competent doctor.
Dr. Malley is a very competent and caring doctor. If you need to see another specialist for any reason, she is wonderful at referring you to the best. She is very much like a concierge doctor without having to pay thousands of extra out of pocket.

I have been going to Dr Malley for over 15 years. I am always impressed with her service. She listens and responds to my concerns, and explains everything in detail. She is pro active and has me tested for any potential abnormalities based on family history. She really realty cares about her patients. I have NEVER had a long wait time, felt that I was rushed through the appointment

Years ago, I would have recommended Dr. Malley and I did to many family and friends. During my time with her I experienced increasing long wait times. Once after a very long wait, with no staff apologizing or providing some sort of explanation, I was put in a room to wait yet again. When I finally saw the doctor, I was rushed and treated very rudely. This had happen a few times before, but not to this level. I decide to leave and when she asked why, I told her. The next day, before I could decide, if I was going to try and talk it out with her, I received a registered letter telling me I was no longer her patient and I was not welcome to return the the medical center. I think I was hurt. I had not cause a scene, I did not yell, I simple made the decision to say, after the long wait, I would hope to be treated with kindness. The joke with my family and friends is that I was excommunicated from Northwest Medical. The whole center...Not just Dr. Malley. Recommend. Probably not

I have been with Dr. Natalia Malley for at least 17 years now. She really cares about her patients (even though we sometimes butted heads), she stuck with me and helped me so much. She CARES and that is very rare in the world of Medicine these days especially with us Seniors.

I have been going to Dr. Malley for years. I have experienced 1-3 hour wait times everytime I have an appointment. On a few occasions I have left after being in the waiting room for over an hour and being told that they didn't know how much longer it would be. I have dropped Malley. It has always been a hassle to get prescriptions refills. She is always very late. Receptionist told me that she crams in over 40 patients a day.

Dr malley's phone wait time is very long. Now that she's in her new office, it may be improved. I hope so. I don't understand the poor grades she has received. I don't understand why my text number was not received.
