Patient and kind Doctor
I just can’t believe the reviews about this same doctor. I saw her at the new Wildomar Kaiser today. She was friendly, kind and patient. She examined me and talked to me about my diabetes and other issues. She was typing on her laptop but all doctors seem to do this now. I’m happy I chose her for my doctor, I felt very comfortable with her and I look forward in having her help me thru all of my changing health (old age) issues.

Great Experience!
I am new to the Kaiser family and the area. I must say I have nothing negative to say about the staff, facility or Dr. Alexander. I was able to knock out a few checkups all the same day and did not have any problems getting an appointment. Uncertain why there are so many negative comments about Dr. Alexander. She was friendly, courteous and professional. Please don't be so quick to judge as we are all aloud bad days. Dr. Alexander answered all my questions and was very informative :)

Would Not Recommend.
I saw Dr. Alexander today for the first time at Kaiser in Wildomar, CA, basically so she can continue to prescribe me my thyroid meds. Since there are few doctors that see new patients, she was one of the few near me. I did not see reviews on her prior as I see she just started with Kaiser in 2022. Like the previous reviews, I found her unfriendly, dismissive, and uncaring. I asked about what I could take for hot flashes for menopause. Immediately, she recommended a anti-depressant. I told her I don't like taking medication. I was hoping for a supplement recommendation. She sat in her chair typing on computer the entire time and showed absolutely no interest. It's quite obvious that she comes off like she doesn't want to be there. Frankly, I'm not sure why she chose this field. If you don't truly have an interest for caring for people, why become a medical doctor?! Time to look for another doctor.

I find her rude and dismissive. Doesn’t even show her entire face over FaceTime or look patient in the eyes.

Natasha Alexander is not a good doctor. She misdiagnosed my husband, treated him poorly when she discovered his HIV status. She NEVER touched him or examined him. She behaved like she was afraid to be near him. When in the hospital, her pal Dr Raja took over, which wasn’t any better. Their practice is a Medi-Medi mill, they lack compassion and did not know what they were doing. I had to fire them while my husband was hospitalized. He had a stroke, dr tried to transfer him to his own nursing home during the middle of the night to avoid sanctions by the hospital for malpractice. Very bad. Would never recommend this practice to anyone.

I do not like this doctor. She is extremely arrogant and thinks she knows better than my specialists, even when she orders the wrong blood tests and has given me the wrong prescriptions a couple of times. The office staff is okay. though I have had some problems with scheduling. I have had appointments written down on paper by them yet when I go there, they claim the appointment was on another day. I am not able to drive anymore so this can be a problem.

The doctor is adequate. The office staff is rude, incompetent and completely disrespectful. My mother has been a patient there, they treat her poorly, and do not explain the reasoning behind any other answers. If a policy has changed, the patient needs to be informed, not rudely hung up on.

I went to see this Dr. Alexander, what a joke. She didn't introduce herself, didn't examine me. I had just had a kidney biopsy 3 days prior. The office called me in for the appt., she didn't even know why I was there!! The biopsy caused me to be constipated and she gave me a script for exlax, over the counter. DUMB, I ended up having to go to emergency. Her bedside manner is ridiculous, she really needs to learn how to be a real doctor. I was seeing Linda Broussard prior to her.,

I waited almost 2 hours before I was even called back to a room. When Dr. Alexander finally made it in, there was no apology given and I'm not sure she even said hello for that matter. She sat at her computer and asked my reason for seeing her. She gave me a very limited and quick exam, gave me a prescription, and asked to see me in a year. She acted as though her feet were on fire and seemed thoroughly disgusted with her career choice. I do not recommend her as a PCP for anyone.

She doesn't greet you, look at you, examine you, and she doesn't listen. Changing doctors. If she hates her job maybe she should leave

she didn't examine my dad at all when he came in with a swollen abdomen she just gave him antacid pills and told him to come back in 2 weeks. so he went in again 2w later with it swolen even more she didn't even touch him to see what it was like. she just sent him away. turns out it was liver failure from a different medication. she only came to see him once he was in the hospital. he died within 2 weeks of that. we didn't even get to say goodbye. he was told it wasn't life threatening.

I'm new to the area. I was only going to get authorization to go get a blood test; so it didn't really matter what dr. I saw. When Dr. Alexander --finally-- saw me...an hour and half later, she sat down at the computer. I asked if she was Dr. Alexander, cause she hadn't even introduced herself! So I think she needs to improve her bedside manner. I may ask for a different dr. next time. I'm suspicious about the test results, as one # seems unusually high. Maybe LabCorp's faulty
