When I moved back to Chattanooga, I had no PCP. I went to this "Doc in the Box" facility for a basic physical... Dr. Ballard was extremely friendly, answered all of my questions, and didn't rush her visit even though this is a walk-in place. The place is clean and the nurses and staff are nice as well. You may have to wait a while as this is an urgent care "Doc in the Box" - but it's no fault of hers. I saw her a couple more times within the next two years and was equally impressed. I have a PCP now, but highly recommend her/this facility for people without PCPs or cannot get a quick appointment with their PCP and are sick or have a minor injury, but do not require a trip to an ER. Dr. Ballard could easily have her own practice or become a partner with one if she wanted to. Not a typical doctor you'd find at a "Doc in the Box"
