Dr. Natercia Rodrigues, MD

Dr. Rodrigues is a kind, smart, compassionate doctor. Wish they were all like her.

Dr Rodrigues was careless abut reading clearly stated test results and recommending necessary medical action which resulted in needless pain and surgery later. I am not a needy patient and do not ask for much , but she is not responsive . She does not return phone calls for many days, there are many levels of intermediaries in her practice and is she not careful. I suggest you go elsewhere for your medical care.

Dr. Rodrigues is compassionate and really takes time to listen and understand your concerns. She and her colleagues at manhattan square are really supportive of the community and I feel very comfortable going to their office.

I continue to be impressed with Dr. Rodriquez. As someone who is generally not fond of doctors, her approach and demeanor have encouraged me to change my attitude. She is a true advocate for my health. She listens uncritically, answers my questions, and suggests steps that I should take, helping me establish priorities. I believe that the highest compliment that I can pay.....I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment!

My experiences with this doctor were horrifying. I take psychotropic medication for anxiety and depression. Every time I presented with a physical health problem, Dr. Rodrigues told me to talk with my therapist about it. If I asked for a specialist referral, she would refuse to give one, dismissing my problems as mental health problems. In the course of six months, Dr. Rodrigues did not render medical care for even one visit because every time I went to her for a physical issue, she would refer me to speak with my therapist. I quickly caught on and avoided her like the plague. I refuse to be treated in this demeaning, disrespectful manner. I would rather be sick and handle it myself. Her bedside manner is appalling. She is often abrupt and rude. She always seemed like she was rushing me out of the office. If you are being treated for any emotional/mental conditions, beware. Be ready to be treated with disrespect. I do not trust this doctor at all. She has not earned my trust.

If I could rate this doctor less than 1 star, I would.

Dr. Rodrigues is very kind, and attentive. She makes sure all your needs are taken care of and very easy to talk to. She is very informative and makes you feel you and your health are important. I think she's the best!
