I don't think she can just leave without proper notification of patients. Doctors closing their practice are also required to provide referrals. It's beyond unprofessional; as a matter of medical ethics it crosses the line. Then leaving patients having to pay for storage and copying fees for their own records because of a decision she made!

Extremely disappointed with Dr. Campbell and her office staff. Completely unprofessional in leaving all of her patients in a lurch and abandoning them. I have been a patient for over 15 years. Just saw her for an appointment in August 2019 and no mention of closing. And actually was scheduled for my followup for next August! Office closed on Nov. 1...no notice to her patients. I call with a question regarding blood work, and that's how I find out? Shameful. Then today, March 31, 2020 a letter dated September 25, 2019 arrives... but post marked this past week announced the closing of the office. Unbelievable.

very unprofessional office closed without notice or information to patients. Unable to get important medications filled or obtain records. Now have to wait over four month for an appointment with another doctor, this could have been avoid with a transfer of care. Hope patients don't end up in the hospital waiting to be seen by someone else. Should be ashamed including the staff. Should not have found out a week before a follow while trying to get thyroid levels done and got refused and informed office closed. Had to call health department to find records. In for an appointment just before office closed you would think they would have informed you instead of giving followup appointment and lab slip. Awful patient care on everyone's part in that office you should be ashamed of your self many patients relied on care from Dr. Campbell

Just found out that Dr. Campbell closed her practice with no notice. The sign on the door said she made this decision in September 2019 and the office closed November 30, 2019. A letter should have been sent to each patient in September so that other care could have been arranged prior to your regularly scheduled appointment (for many which was months later). I am highly upset; I have been a patient for over 10 years and deserved more than walking up to a dark office and letter taped to the door.

im a rather new patient of dr cambells i saw her about 4 times.i thought her to be kind and compassionate.suddenly she closed her office without notice to any of her patients sending my records to a c.o who will release them for a fee and another fee per page.i recieved the results of my tests which were abnormal by the lab where i had them done.ty east side clinical lab.still awaiting my records to be released to my primary care.how can a dr just up and close her practice without letting her pts know?in my 0pinon its called abandonment.so sad.there was no one in her office to answer calls.if she had an emergency or family issues i would have understood, but someone from her office could have helped with the transition.im very dissapointed dr cambell.

I just found out she closed the practice with no warning. Does anyone know where the storage unit is located to get medical records?

My mom went to get a referral for a new diabetes medication and her office was entirely closed. Empty. Everything was gone. She received no notice of the doctor leaving or planning to leave. She has all my mom's records. This is inexcusable. What is going on?

I have seen Dr. Campbell for over 10 years. She is very sweet, caring and knowledgeable during appointments. I began having swelling in all major lymphatic areas and was concerned, she totally disregarded my symptoms. I went to several other specialists over the last 10 years, embraced diet changes and Western medicine. Other specialists see the problem and refer me back to my Endocrinologist as the expert in this area. Dr. Campbell is the one who continued to totally dismiss patient concerns :(

Dr. Cambell is very nice, however; when dealing with Hashimotos disease, she just treated me based on lab results. when my numbers were in normal range, she did not offer any insight on the symptoms that were still plaguing me. for insistence, swollen face, fatigue, weight gain and failure to loose any weight, painful periods, brain fog in the afternoon. She insisted that it must be something else. She should know the symptoms of this disease. There are additional treatments available!

Dr. Campbell is wonderful! She gave a comprehensive review of my case while being friendly, inquisitive and genuinely interested in my health. Looking forward to being her patient for the years to come. The low stars on the office environment is temporary, the office is going under a relocation. The staff was very friendly, courteous and direct in explaining the office policies on late and missed appointments — which I appreciated.

No problems with the Dr. Office staff not very friendly or accommodating. I am currently trying to change doctors and need my records forwarded to the new dr..I have mailed in my $35 weeks ago and they have still not sent the records. I have called numerous times, always an excuse. My next step will be going to the office and demanding my records!!! I really think this doctor has no clue as to what goes on in her office.

Awful. She will try to rush you out the door in 5 minutes so good luck if you have questions. Also moves her office frequently without notifying patients. Lastly, if you are 2 minutes late or have to cancel and do not have 48 hours to give, she will charge you a $75 penalty fee.

I am so happy my Dr. referred me to Dr. Campbell after I had my thyroid removed because of cancer. I wasn't happy with the original Endocrinologist I was seeing. I always felt he wasn't listening to me or taking me seriously. After my first appt. with Dr. Campbell I realized what a perfect fit she was for my needs and concerns. Dr. Campbell is a very compassionate person who is extremely knowledgeable of her specialty.
