Cold and completey judgemental

She is completely judgemental and cold. I am a very happy, hardworking woman who has worked extremely hard for over 12 years to turn my life around and live a healthy lifestyle. I have a hard time sleeping which is the reason I even sought help. My doctor I had and liked very much for four years is no longer there. I thought my appointment with this woman was to just meet her. She questioned me like a prosecutor for over an hour about things from 20 to 25 years ago. When I tried to speak up for myself and tell her about where I am now she wouldn't even listen. She told me I was being defensive. I have been traumatized by this doctor. She brought up things that I have worked extremely hard to heal from and ripped them open with a chainsaw. I haven't recovered from the way this doctor spoke to me. Is it possible to be traumatized by a mental health doctor? Absolutely. She ripped me to shreds and I didn't even see it coming.

I got given to her at Kaiser recently and hoo boy. Super judgmental, doesn't listen to what I say during visits, goes off on rants every time... I have to straight up lie about myself to her to get her to give me any sort of help at all. If getting a new psychiatrist at Kaiser wasn't a complete mess I would've been gone 5 minutes into the first visit but now I'm stuck with her.

There is no visit because of Covid-19. My prior Dr retired and I was assigned her by Kaiser Permanente. I have been treated by Kaiser Psychiatry for 3 years. By phone, she demanded that I go in and get urinalysis or she will not renew my regular meds. Kaiser informed us that we are NOT to go there except in emergency. What doesn't she understand? She is staying at home.
