Great doc!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Anderson for several years. He’s a good listener and my appointments never felt rushed. He’s given me some tough love on my health, but I needed it! He’s quick to suggest solutions to my issues and his staff is prompt with messages on MyChart.

No help with disabilities
Refused to renew my handicapped placard because apparently, TO HIM, my health issues and disabilities are not serious or debilitating enough. I was unaware his life mirrored that of a young woman with health complications...

I strongly advise against visiting Dr. Anderson if you are looking for a healthcare professional who will treat you with respect and kindness. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this practice.

Worse bedside manners and arrogance
My husband had a chest congestion, fever and terrible cough for 10 days. Negative CoVid or flu test. Dr. Anderson didn’t want to prescribe anything for his coughing even though my husband has asthma, and OTC meds were not helping. After insisting that he needed something strong for his coughing, he agreed to prescribe something. Dr. Anderson may be a good doctor but he lack bedside manners, shows no empathy or compassion. He present himself as arrogant and dressed very unprofessionally with those five-finger barefoot shoes! I can’t give him a good review. I’d been around physicians professionally as a pharmacy tech and as a patient. I will avoid him and look for another doctor.

Very impressed
My wife has been seeing Dr. Anderson since 2021. This was my first visit. Front desk, Nurse, Lab tech and Dr. Anderson were all extremely impressive. Dr. Anderson spent time to get my full background. I'm very pleased and my wife I will both continue to be patients of ADC-Bastrop
