Waiting for office visit !

He takes his time with you either on the phone or in his office. We love him!

I really found Dr Hartgrove a refreshing change. He did the exam and explained my situation. Then what made the visit most unusual is he asked to pray with me. Very comforting.

Follow up television to previous visit regarding stomach pain. Office environment was mot applicable but would not let me continue without selecting it. So survey could be improved.

My visit was to the point but allowed me to ask questions which were answered and proper medication was prescribed. Dr. Hartgrove is a kind, understanding man who does all he can to help your situation. He always closes the visit with prayer.

A blessing to have a doctor that shows his faith and knowledge in Christ. Always very patient and kind hearted.

As usual Dr. Hartgrove and his staff receive an A+ from me.

I’m always met with a friendly good morning from Stacy, Rita and Stephanie! But I got to say this too, the whole staff is the BEST you can find in a office . Everyone seems to love their job . I really love the prompts service and effeciency you receive when you go back to a room and are waiting on Dr. Hartgrove (or Chelsea) . In my job, I call on hospitals and medical groups and I’m telling you this group in this office is the best by far. Keep up the Great service and attitude , it shows.??

Wellness check up with Dr. Hartgrove. He listens to all your concerns, explains everything, very patient and understanding. Fantastic doctor.

Dr Hartgrove is great. I know I am in good hands. His front line staff is friendly and will do what is needed, but his part time staff is lacking. You need to follow up on any appointments they make before you commit to going to that appointment. I do recommend him and I will stay with him.

My visits are always pleasent,my concerns are addressed ,listened to and a solution is reached if at all possible. one is treated individually. I never get the "MOST PEOPLE" response. I appreciate that attention. Dr. is really intentional about caring for the whole patient. Physical and emotional care. I look forward to my visits, I trust him, I recommend him to anyone needing medical care. He is knowledgeable and sincere. I love my Doctor.

Dr Hartgrove is a caring and knowledgeable physician. His office is well run, his staff is kind and helpful. Dr Hartgrove listens and carefully considers my thoughts in making treatment plans. I feel safe and well cared for with Dr Hartgrove as my primary physician.

Standard check up. Dr. Hartgrove takes his time and explains things without being rushed. He truly cares about his patients.

I am very pleased with the services of Dr. Hartgrove. This office displays care, concern and attention to my needs and a true desire to arrive at the best solution.

The good, reasonable wait time, prompt to call in prescriptions, smile a lot. The bad, not a good listener, appears to be however he is not. He prays with you before you leave unless you object. Common source of this service is your priest or preacher, makes you wonder where his interests are. The ugly, you cannot have a difference of opinion. If that happens you should leave, that is what he ask me to do. It was not a brawl, no witnesses, no police just superior elite attitude that I was not trusting him when he used poor judgement.

Dr. Hartgrove listened to all my concerns and addressed each of them. He went over my test results. He prescribed medication that will hopefully cure the disease I have. He was about the nicest doctor I have seen.
