Painful Procedures
Dr Littlejohn doesn't offer sedation or anesthesia for invasive painful procedures. On my first and only visit he pressured me into a cystoscopy and ignore my fears and concerns. He dismissed my request for sedation or anesthesia as not necessary because it doesn't take long. He was wrong! No sedation or anesthesia for prostate biopsy. The doctor and his staff weren't friendly, helpful or compassionate. He can't do these procedures in his office with sedation or anesthesia, you would have to go the hospital. He probably knew if I left I'd find out other urologists will knock you out, definitely what you want. I found a new doctor that is so much better in all respects. Don't suffer and remember you can say No!!

Dr. Littlejohn is an outstanding Urologist. I am 74 years old and have lived with an enlarged prostate for about 20 years. It progressively worsened. Flomax and Cialis no longer gave any relief. During my initial exam with Dr. Little John, he laid out for me all the options for treatment. I ask him if he were in my exact same condition, what option would he select. He said without hesitation, TURP which is the gold standard for my condition. I decided to take his recommendation. He performed the surgery on August 20, 2021. I have fully recovered and have never felt better. I now function the same as I did when I was a young man and have had no adverse side effects. It has been just over 5 weeks and I am doing everything I have always done. This surgery has changed my life. I am so thankful that I took his advice. Also, I would like to say that the entire staff at the clinic are outstanding in every way.

Dr. Littlejohn took over my care from a bad experience. I can’t say enough good about him. He oversaw my care and treatment in the hospital, was engaged and accessible. He also seemed to give me his best advise which I took and made a tremendous difference. He will always be my Dr. should I need a urologist and I recommend him highly

Sat out to disprove me. Missed advanced bladder tumor with a cystoscopy and it was found with an ultrasound 9 days later while I was on vacation. He told my wife right after the procedure everything was great and healthy. No masses or prostate evidence of ever having prostate cancer and treatment but even the pathology report proved Dr Littlejohn wrong. He ignored my request for my records or even reached out to me, instead ignoring me hoping if I die the problem goes away. STAY AWAY from Dr.LJ
