The first time I met Dr. Mull was in IMCU, my Mother was the patient. He was very matter of fact, which is fine, but he was also very impersonal and had no bedside manners. I realize my Mom's health issues are self-inflicted with cigarettes however, he seems to wash his hands on his patients, write them off, even though we aren't ready to give up on her and her will to live is very strong. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to him.

Very thorough. Very quiet and came across to us on first visit as standoffish, but he has grown on us and hopefully we have on him as well. Excellent staff in reception and those who answer phone. Seems like they are happy to be at work and working there with Dr Mull. My observation has always been that you can tell what kind of doctor you have by if the staff is happy and getting along.
