I like Dr.Pomeroy very much however do not feel connected with him. Have had test to which there has been no communication or medical response from him. Seems like he may be too busy to give personal attention to his patients outside of the regularly scheduled routine visits which are only 6mos.-1 year

Dr. Promeroy entered the appointment and seemed genuinely happy to meet me and explained in detail what the next steps were. I felt comfortable with him and this was our first visit.

I had many questions for the provider in this specialty (endocrinology). I am very appreciative of Dr Pomeroy and his staff for the significant time they spent with me on my care plan. Lab results were communicated in a clear and timely manner and revisit schedule was addressed. Thank you to everyone at this practice.

Communication with person addressing prescription shortage issues was bad. Pharmacists called to explain to call in substitute and never did. Pharmacist called back again after 3 weeks after I called again to inquire about it, and said he never received a response back .
