Dr. Nathan Roberts, MD

One of the worst doctors I have seen. He has no empathy. I was in extreme pain during my procedure and he did not care or tried to make me comfortable. Even after the test he was in a big hurry. His explanation was overly technical and he did not make an effort to explain things in non-medical terms. I had this test in the past with a different doctor and the pain was not nearly as bad.

Dr. Roberts is an absolutely rock star, I was hospitalized for a week due to 2 stones in my left kidney. 13mm and 9mm. All the hospital would do is throw a stent in and send me on my way. Once released I was tossed around by several other urologist for another week and told I have to deal with this for an additional month, Dr Roberts and The Urology Group was able to fit me for surgery in less than 4 days. He performed my surgery today (2/4/22) and I feel 1000% better. He's funny, respectful, informative and amazing at what he does. The Urology Group as a whole has been phenomenal and I'm so happy to now have them as part of my healthcare team.

Need a urologist NOW. He can’t see me for weeks yet website says he is accepting new patients. I tried to get on a standby list but appointments people won’t do that. What do the do about cancellations? Vernon 205-937-9787. Despite the checked box I have never been able to see Dr. Robert’s. Just trying to get his attention.

Dr Robert examined me today for frequent urination problem. He sound positive and helpful get a resolution soon. However the test he prescribed could be scheduled for only after 6 weeks in the test centers doc recommended. Waited for three weeks to see a urologist. And now wait for six weeks to get the test. God only knows when a procedure can be done. This not acceptable to me. I wish the doc will intervene and get the desired test done soon. Or let him give the test prescriptions, I may get it done quicker. I am seriously suffering from frequent visits urination problem. 6-8 times in the night. Cannot travel in the day time for more than one hour. Please doc understand my situation and expedite the process or suggest me another hospital where I can get it done soon. Visit was on time, done with protocols, and very professional as usual.

We met the Reception staff, Kay, Dr. Roberts Assistant and Dr. Roberts. The visit was wonderful. I cannot commend high enough the outstanding quality of care and the professionalism I experienced from Dr. Roberts and his staff.

Dr. Roberts is AMAZING. He was able to fit me into his schedule today when I told him I was having some bleeding and he fixed me up in no time. Amazing provider with amazing staff.

Dr. Roberts explained my condition to me and got to know me as a person. He is awesome and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I had my major surgery performed by Dr. Roberts in September2018. Dr Roberts explained every step of the way. On the day of the surgery he came in early and asked if I had any follow up questions or concerns. The surgery was pretty easy for me and culminated with just one night in the hospital. I was up and walking the same night with no pain or issues. I can tell you this does not happen without a skilled surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts
