The staff had me undress and put on a giant paper towel and sit on a table. An hour after my appointment I decided I was tired of sitting alone naked in a room got dressed and left. I am certain that if I was even 10 minutes late to the appointment they would have charged me and asked me to reschedule. Who exactly is the customer here?
