Dr. Navid Nami, DO

It took me two months to get in to see Dr. Nami and it was well worth the wait. Amazing doctor. Only waited about 10 minutes to be seen, He inspected my sun spots on my face and two moles on my back, He explained that he was going to use liquid nitrogen and it would sting a bit and if it gets too much to tell him and he would stop. It did sting but that went away in a couple of hours, He assured me these spots would fall off, to go home and tell my wife I am fine and come and see him in a year. The entire experience was far better than expected. They are not closed, they have moved down to Bear Valley Rd, in Hesperia,

What a pathetic waste of a Saturday. Three growths removed previously had grown back so a person named Yolo scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning at 8:15 on April 1st. Though I had other plans for that day, I rearranged my schedule as reappearing skin growth seemed urgent. I arrive at 8 am on Saturday only to be told that I wasn't on the schedule and there was nothing they could do. They made no effort to verify that they had a cancellation that would have allowed them to see me. Even though it was they who called me to schedule the appointment, the person behind the desk tried to tell me it was somehow my fault because I did not call them back to confirm the appointment. While a mistake on their part could at least be understood, the gall of trying to make it my fault for not calling to confirm an appointment they had made is simply unfathomable.

I just a review for Dr.Nami with a company called CSS. By mistake I confused him for another Dr at a plastic surgery office, he was the worst, I never saw Dr.Nami, I am sure he is very good. I had Dr. Breithaupt. He was excellent and removed my skin cancer and did the plastic surgery on my nose. Considering how big it was, it came out great. Thank you

The worst !!!!

It was terrible about everything. No examination, no diagnosis, terrible appointment system, BUT a lot of honor and ambition. If you looking to be ignored of you problems, if looking to waist your time and money- this is very good option.

Dr. Nami, does not call patients back, has disrespectful staff, scheduling can be awful at times, their phone system is down often, and he lacks professional care for patients, of course, this was all in my experience. I had been a patient for a couple years and had been to the office over 60 times. Very old and dirty facility as well. Skin issues never resolved.

Dr Nami is the BEST-he is so patient, thorough and caring-I have been his patient for many years for many skin cancers. Highly recommend him
