Dr. Navtej Tung, MD

Very short, rude, dismissive. Dr. wanted to give an array shots in back to find out which one would take back pain away. I said “no thanks” and that I have a problem with injections, and that I would prefer pain meds. He said “ you came to the wrong office.”

I've been seeing Dr. Tung, for many years. He is excellent in his Field. He's caring, kind, understanding and truly is the Best! His entire office staff front and back are also the Best! JUNE- IN the front office You ROCK! This is a busy place. They are all so organized. All very Friendly, Christina, in the Back office you also Rock!! Thank you Dr. Tung for taking such good care of me. I appreciate you and your staff!!!

It was only my first appointment but Dr. Tung took time to hear my concerns and explained next steps. Looking forward to my treatment.

He listens without judgement and makes you feel comfortable. The staff is wonderful, always so helpful and accommodating.

Sadly, it is rare when we feel good about the purchase of a product or service today. Many times we feel oversold or underserved. But not here. The results I've received here have greatly improved my life. Dr. Tung is a credit to his craft and exceeded only by his care and compassion for his patients. His staff is just as amazing and caring. Almost feels like family. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I LOVE Dr. Tung & his staff they are AMAZING! My treatment for my pain though, I feel hasn’t been taken seriously. I’m not as old as some of the patients that come in. I have chronic pain & need several surgeries. I’m not sure if I need to come in a wheelchair crying for my pain to be taken seriously. It’s unfortunate for me, live a healthy life & do all the procedures recommended. I do NOT want to find another doctor but if I don’t get pain relief unfortunately I would have to.

I see Dr. Tung for back injections. I get anxiety each time and he is very good at being patient and assuring me that I'll be okay. He has shown me kindness and compassion each visit and I appreciate that very much.

He listens to you and is a very caring doctor. He has a very good bedside manner and has compassion seen in few doctors. He has been my pain management doctor for 15 years and I could not be more satisfied. I highly recommend him.

I started seeing Dr Tung years ago and I always felt as if I received great care. They took the time to listen to me and make sure that I understood every procedure. I had to move and have not yet found anyway that I feel 100% comfortable with. Thank you Dr Tung for the amazing care you took!

I've been a patient of Dr. Tung for three years and thought he was treating my chronic pain. The last appt. he told me he "feels like I'm not treating your pain management. I'm treating your opioid addiction." I wanted off the pain meds when I first saw him but he stopped at my currant level. I thought I was stable but now ? Why would he wait three YEARS and then tell me he thinks I'm just a junkie wanting a fix? He also basically called me fat and lectured me on needing goals. I have NEVER felt so betrayed, confused, insulted and disgusted with myself by a doctor.

I have been treated by Dr. Tung for about a year now and have had no issues with him or his staff. I find them all to be very polite, pleasant and easy to answer any of my questions or concerns. Dr. Tung provides caring & professional service.

He was nice but allows his office manager to treat his patients rudely and disrespectful and does nothing.

Dr Tung not the least bit interested in helping someone in pain. I was treated so poorly and felt like I was just a co pay and nothing else. I canceled my second appointment and looking for someone else.

My experience was unbelievably bad. I was referred to Dr Tung by my PCP. I wish I had read the above reviews before I went there. He is rude, rude, rude. Does NOT listen. Talks over you constantly. He told me there is nothing he can do for my fibromyalgia and migraine pain because I've been given Hydrocodone for relief. Then proceeded to refer to me as an addict several times. Wow! When I asked what he recommended, he said "nothing. I don't know why you were sent here. You are an addict so I cannot treat you". When I told him I am NOT an addict, his response was, yes, all addicts say that. He left the room without saying anything and i was just left to sit there and figure out for myself if my appt was over or what. One of the staff came in to tell me my appt was over. It was a horrendous experience. I am letting my insurance company know not to pay him and I certainly will not pay him. He did NOTHING. He needs his license pulled. He cannot possibly be a real practicing Dr.

This dr n his staff are very rude n treated me as a patient and my husband as a patient very rude. I don’t understand how he calls him self a dr I don’t recommend any want to go there and I will never go there again even if he was the last pain management left.

If I could give Dr. Tung a zero, I would!!! I waited close to an hour in his office before I was called in to be seen for maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Tung did NO tests on my except to poke me in the back and say, "Does this hurt?" He did not listen to anything I told him or the things my PT had recommended. I feel cheated out of my insurance money and the time I wasted in his office. Zero stars!!
