Very positive visit. He’s kind, attentive and doesn’t present arrogant at all. His staff is very kind, friendly and do not talk down to you. I didn’t feel rushed throughout my visit and he definitely listens. I felt in good hands with him. I retired from healthcare (RN) and have worked hospital, back office clinic and more. I’ve worked around many ahole docs and this man is definitely not one of “them”.

Easy appt scheduling and Dr Patel was professional, put you at ease, listen and made recommendations. Liked telemedicine appt.

After losing my long-time GI, I made an appt with Dr. Patel. Yes! He sorted through my complicated history of Crohn’s like I have never experienced. It can be overwhelming, but not to him WOW! He treated me with respect, listened intently and gave me such hope. I had one in person and one video appt. He explains things in a way that makes sense to the layperson. So you really know where you are and where you are headed. I finally feel safe and hopeful again ! Also ….Maddy his medical assistant is TOP NOTCH! Great duo and you will be in good hands with his practice!

The front office staff is warm and welcoming. The Medical Assistant, Maddy, is as well. She has a real Can-do attitude. What ever you ask of her she delivers with a smile and in a timely manner.Dr Patel has a good bedside manner. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Nayan Patel and his team during my recent colonoscopy. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and personalized. Communication with his office was effortless; I was able to coordinate over phone and email for my appointment. The preparatory medication instructions were clear, making me feel well-prepared for the appointment. The staff was professional and efficient on the day of the procedure, ensuring I was well-informed and felt valued at every stage. Dr. Patel thoroughly explained the post-procedure findings and provided a printed copy - a unique practice that demonstrates his commitment to patient understanding. My first time meeting the doctor for a consult for an upcoming procedure my appointment was timely, no waiting staff very supportive Dr Patel explained the procedure to me from start to finish what to expect. Took time to answer my questions and how the follow-up would work after the procedure was completed.

I did some research and found Dr. Patel checked all the things on my list. I came in with a lot of anxiety with a time sensitive case. (Shout out to Eric his patient coordinator who was very helpful with my paperwork and appointments). I’ll add, both the office and procedures ran efficiently and on time. Dr. Patel is confident (as opposed to arrogant) knowledgeable and experienced. He is direct yet kind and respectful, easy to talk to. I didn’t feel rushed at all while I explained my situation. He’s the first doctor in a couple of months that took a look at my case, immediately understood it and patiently explained everything clearly to me. Within one visit I had answers and a plan that made sense. His calm approach and confidence put me at ease. His care plan was simple but thorough and his diagnosis was spot on! He was also very efficient with communication and results via the patient portal. Refreshing not to be inundated with unnecessary appointments.

It was a great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr Patel were all very friendly and amazing. I especially loved Dr Patel really took the time to explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit !!!!!! Thank you so much Dr Patel and his great assistant Eric.

After seeing several Physicians with no answers or suggestions, Dr. Patel took a step by step approach to completely and properly guide me to better health.
