I am impressed with her compassion and knowledge. I was reassured by her and felt she really cared about me. She's great. Concerning : The letter I received from Silver Pine about a $50 charge I will get and other patients, which don't forget are customers as well, for not giving 24 hour notice. I actually couldn't believe it. People have situations outside of their control! How many times have I had to wait up to 2 hours to be seen at Silver Pine ( not with Dr. Varghese). Come on folks, this is not a good policy and I sure others will let you know too. Thank you again Dr. Varghese!

Dr. Varghese takes time to know me as a person not just another case to file. I am a Senior and being treated without pre- conceived expectations of me as a Senior is important to me in my care. She asks questions and seeks to know my history . As a woman who has had many male doctors within my decades, I find it refreshing to have a female doctor who does not dismiss my concerns.

Dr. Varghese showed little interest in my concerns during what turned out to be my final appointment with her. Although she ordered some blood tests, they didn't include everything we had discussed, and she later blamed the lab for this oversight. Despite my being 47 years old, she showed no concern about my not having had a colonoscopy. There was no physical examination during my 'physical,' only a review of my bloodwork. In the end, she suggested anxiety and sleep medications for what I believe may be autoimmune issues or perimenopause. While I was still speaking, she stood up and opened the door, signaling for me to leave.
