I love Dr Conway and have been a patient of hers for over 10 yrs. Since 3//8/24 I’ve made several calls to renew a prescription medication. Nurse refuse to renew medication until my appointment on 3/25/24 and medication should not be stopped abruptly. They are clearly going against medical advice. Unfortunately I will not be a patient of hers any longer.

She is incredible. Truly will listen to all your concerns and take them seriously, even if they fall outside of her specialty-she cares about you as a whole human. I’ve seen doctor after doctor, and she was the one who prescribed me the medication that helped mitigate my pain and improve my quality of life the most significantly.
