Dr. Nazrah Franco, MD

Dr. Franco is one the most caring and thorough I have ever had! She truly gets to know her patients as people first then patients. She explains and educates you on everything and invites you to be a part of your care. She listens and gives you undivided attention and never rushes through an appointment. I hope I never have to change doctors again!

She explains everything into detail and will always takes her time to look at your results and studies with you; making sure you are 100% aware of what was concluded. Cannot recommend her enough! Dr. Franco is so knowledgeable and you can really tell she really cares about her patients.

My husband and I both see Dr. Franco. Our previous PCP left the practice, so we switched to her. Even though we have moved some 20 miles away, we still prefer to see her than find a new doctor.

My husband and I both go to Dr. Franco for our general health care. She is an excellent and thorough doctor who listens carefully and respects me. She is attentive, informed, a good health educator and I have never felt rushed or unheard. I appreciate Dr. Franco's wholistic approach to healthcare and timely communication and follow-up. Scheduling is easy and efficient, and appointments are on time. I highly recommend her.

Dr Franco prescribed a med that required prior approval. She refused to personally speak with the requesting facility to authorize the script(re diabetes A1C=9.4)-in spite of being asked by me, the pharmacy, & BCBS. Since office staff is in charge of communication-the was script never filled. More..I called her office on the day/hr. of the follow-up appt. (during early days of pandemic rules) to request this appt. be virtual. Was told she will not do phone "visits". Two days later her office sent a message stating she will do virtual visits! The inept office staff runs her entire practice, it is they who decide who,when,why, and the Dr. dismisses their rude/abhorrent behavior. If you're seeking a caring doctor, with good direct communication, a professional office staff - -look elsewhere, you will not find it here. There is more to being a physician than professional skills. She may be fine doctor, but all patients should be treated as more than just a name, a number, and a check.
