when I do see him, he sits in the opposite corner of where I am sitting with his computer( same thing with my husband), never checks my lungs, he has issues if he can't even physically check his patients. He even let his license lapse ( he is responsible for his license regardless who takes care of that for him.) I can't get through to the office., I have to leave a message. And he is letting of his patients that are not willing or able to pay extra money for his service. He is a disgrace to the medical service

They used to be good. You can't get ANYTHING done unless you see the doc directly. An incorrect referral or medication warrants another few months wait to get in again to correct the problem. No live bodies to answer calls or emails, even though they have all the fancy technology in place. Even when you get a live person, they don't follow up as promised. Such a disappointment. I would not recommend this office.

Impossible to schedule an appt. Less than 6 weeks out. He is trying to have as many patients as possible but giving good care to few. When you have a problem, you want to see your primary care doc, but here you are told to go to urgent care. I guess he is basically a wellcare doctor. When you do see him, he keeps his attention in his laptop rarely making eye contact. He ask questions that are already in my chart i.e. Dr- would you like me to order labs for that problem Me- you ordered that lab and you have the results Dr.-oh let me look it up. If you don't fill out his privacy invading questioneer, he will not perform your Medicare yearly physical. On top of this, in his exam room are advertisements for a local realtor which I find very unprofessional and tacky.

Dr Cabaluna is always professional. His offices are modern and clean. He takes time to listen to concerns and is effient about referrals to specialists and testing. They take covid mitigation seriously, an important factor for my husband and I. If you ask and show interest in what he's telling you, he will explain. If you think he's in a hurry, it might be you. Primary care doctors in the area are in short supply, but we think Dr Cabaluna is a hidden gem, doing just what primary care docs are needed for.

Very professional, answered all my questions, and concerns. Highly recommended.

Never examined me typed in his computer rarely looked at me. Ordered tests walked out. He's a horrible robotic doctor. I went once and will never go back again. He shouldn't be a doctor he's cold and insensitive. Horrible experience.
