Horrible! Zero compassion. Doesn't make eye contact. Gets annoyed when asked questions and actually stated he did not care about my questions. Rude, condescending and judgemental. No concept of Dr/patient rapport or "bedside manner." Only positives are ease of making appointments, short wait time and pleasant office staff.

Horrible. He spends 2 minutes with you, he doesn’t look at you, and makes sarcastic remarks. If you go to him from opiate addiction I am warning you he isn’t very kind, he is rude. His office is very kind when you call them, but are hungry for a copay when you see them.

I'm a hospital Critical Care RN. I would not send my worst enemy to him. He doesn't listen to his patients nor does he make eye contact. And he makes sarcastic comments. I would never use him or recommend him.

Absolutely Great Doctor. He listens to you and treats you with respect. Never talks down to you or make you feel uncomfortable. His staff is always on point and polite. After lifetime of going to my parents doctor they were bought by a big med company, which cause them to lost their personal doctor/patient relationship. Dr.Dunkelmans #1 concerned is your health and helping you get better. I'm very happy that I found him as my doctor, life became a lot less stressful

This is an excellent, compassionate, and thorough physician. He listens carefully, takes thorough notes, and is always professional. If family and friends lived closer, I would definitely recommend them to Dr. Dunkelman's office. Since I need to visit his office monthly, and have been his patient for several years, I can recommend him without hesitation.
