Dr. Shore has been my doctor since I move to the area about 9 years ago He was recommended by my Urologist where I moved from as I have reocurrent prostrate cancer which reoccured 9 years after treatment. It was controlled by hormone therapy. I had a total of 9 CT scans, 2 Axmium scans from 2012 to 2022. Dr. Shore prescribed the PSMA scan as soon as it was available. The found extremely small spots in multiple lymph nodes. He put me on two medications and have been in remission for about a year and a half.

Great Doctor
I have been in a clinical trial for quite a while and prior to that was treated for a couple years. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. shore and his staff. Always helpful and caring.

New Patient in Clinical Trial
I am transferring the final portion of a Clinical Trial that started in New York City so as to be closer to my home. Dr Shore and his staff have been great in making that happen and answering every question. Dr Shore's concept of best patient care through offering Clinical Trials for best Standard of Care with substantial financial benefit to the patient, is a novel and welcome approach!

All my office visits with Dr. Shore
Ronald Bracey Dr. Shore has been my doctor for 6 years. He is a caring and compassionate man. He is all business and gets things done. He has years of experience and knows his stuff. He always explains things in a way you can understand. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs a urologist. I am really sold on him. He is GREAT!

The more I go to him the less I like him; his "bed side manner" is terrible. He demeans his patients when they ask questions. He is curt and lacks patience. He "lauds" his "30 years of experience" in dealing with cancer. He belittles one if they have concerns of cancer reoccurring. He brings into the examination room anyone he chooses without introduction. I feel he is uncaring and unconcerned.

Dr. Shore is one the best doctors in Myrtle Beach. I went under his care in 2018 for a rising PSA level. A year later my PSA elevated 2 plus points. He was very proactive, insured I received the best diagnoses which resulted in finding cancer. He offered a referral for a second opinion anywhere in the United States. I selected Duke, which he referred me to one of the best Urologist surgeons on the east coast for a second opion. From the beginning Dr. Shore was proactive and established his patient had his foremost attention, along with his dedicated staff. In October 2019 he ordered a MRI which confirmed I had cancer. I shortly was schduled for a biopsy performed by him at Atlantic Urrology Clinics. The biopsy confirmed the findings of the MRI and provided the diagnosis of my cancer location and staging. When I went to Duke they confirmed the findings based on Dr. Shore's assessment. In sum, I owe my live to Dr. Shore and his team of professionals.

My intial appointment was yesterday (7/15/20) and the experience with Doctor Shore was great. Everyone I interacted with at this office was very professional and the doctor took his time during the appointment to explain several options. I would like to not rush into surgery for BPH so we are going to try a different medication for now. My action item is to follow his orders and time will tell regarding my need for surgery. Not at any point was the doctor or any staff rude to me whatsoever. His credentials are amazing and I will gladly drive the 1.5 hours in the car to see this doctor.

Completely rude and inappropriate. The rudest physician I have ever had dealings with. Screamed at me on the phone and said it was a privilege for him to respond to our call and if I didn’t like his tone then we could find another doctor.

I had the "Rezum" procedure Monday morning. By Thursday I was feeling very good with practically no discomfort. Dr Neal Shore is an excellent surgeon. His head surgical nurse, Debbie, is also outstanding in organizing every detail with efficient precision and kindness.

Very, very knowledgeable, kind doctor; treated us with the utmost respect and understanding. More importantly, his staff, Cherry, Jennifer, Tanya, Rebecca and all the others, were EXTREMELY kind and caring to us--especially when it was early Monday morning, and they were obviously busy. They still took time to smile and to be encouraging, and made us feel safe and cared for. We drove 4.5 hours to come here, plus 2 nights in a hotel, but it was surely worth the trip! Thank you to Dr Shore!

Dr Shore is one of the most knowledgeable MD’s I’ve seen in many years. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer as well as prostate cancer. He went above and beyond explaining the numerous treatment options and available research trials I could possibly be considered for not only to me but my family members as well. I left his office with a sense of relief, knowing my care was in his hands. His staff was very efficient with returning phone calls and making this scary situation as easy as possible.

Arrived 10 mins early as a new pt. Was referred by ER...kidney stone. Told Dr. Shore I was in a lot of pain and that the meds the ER attending gave me weren’t working. He said: We can’t give you anything else, you will have to deal with it (the pain), wrote Rx for anti inflammatory. 6 hours later, I am in more pain than I was at 8 am. Going back to ER. I’ve had kidney stones in the past and a Dr. in Columbia,SC.....,. Dr. Shore is uncaring and unethical. Nurses and radiology tech were perfect!

After waiting for nearly an hour, We learned of a reocurrence of bladder cancer from a cystoscopy. Dr Shore came in and spent less than 5 minutes telling us the cancer was back. Very upsetting to be treated with lack of empathy and compassion (he was very BUSY).
