He was very annoyed that a Dr referred me to him. After a few minutes he told me it was all in my head and it wasn’t happening. He was very rude and didn’t listen. He pushed on my shoulder muscles and said I was fine. Fast forward … I have three diagnosis… one being a muscle wasting disease. Needless to say I am thankful other drs listened.

I waited 2 months for an appointment. I arrived at appointment time, the time that Baptist hospital mychart notifications told me to be there. The receptionist and his rude secretary told me I was supposed to have been there 30 minutes before appointment time. I certainly could have been if I had been told that ahead of time. I never got to see the doctor because they told me I was “late”. Iasked for a manager but was told there was not one there. Filing complaints with Medicare Medicaid and adm

Excellent! But it's a bit difficult to see him as an emergency appointment re: a flare...an appointment may take months to get on his schedule. Concerned about refills on medication.

Dr Shparago was wonderful! My appointment today was very positive. My appt was at 9. I was told to get there at 8:30. I was through by 9:15. He was very thorough. I really appreciate the fact that he doesn’t make you wait forever at your appointment!

He may be a great doctor, I wouldn’t know. I read my appointment time wrong & showed up 20 minutes late instead of 20 minutes early & my appointment was canceled. After waiting 4 months to see him, I was told I could schedule an appointment for 3 months later. His secretary is rude & extremely unhelpful. She was almost arrogant & turned up her nose. He may be a wonderful doctor, but I will go elsewhere because of how I was treated.
