I had some concerns and Dr. Reyes fully listened and explained everything question and concern I had.

I started seeing Dr Reyes annually when I was 20. She saw me through regular exams, delivered all 3 of my sons and has seen me into menopause. She has performed surgeries and procedures on me and I could never have asked for better care. I moved out of the area during the years and now have to drive 3 hours to see her, but she is worth it! Dr. Reyes is the best Dr. in the business. She is caring, proactive, really knows her stuff and stays current. I was blessed to have found Dr. Reyes and doubly blessed to have been able to continue seeing her throughout the years!

I am her patient since 2013. I delivered my 1st baby with her and due for 2nd one. I love her. She is well experienced, spent time to explain to you everything in details and very attentive to your queries. In urgency, she accommodates you as needed. No complaints and no regrets. God bless her.

I went to 1 appt and never went back. She was rude, rushed, and not at all concerned with me. I've wondered if her attitude was because I was only 20? I assumed I was around 8wks at my first appt. She did a quick dating ultrasound and I only measured 5 weeks and she didnt see a heartbeat. Taking NO time to explain or calm me down, she dismissed me and walked away, leaving me to panic and cry. Almost 4 years later that first appt haunts me.

I really liked Dr. Neda Ballon Reyes -I Was a repeat patient-but not anymore. Dr. Ballon-Reyes is affiliated with the hospital & YOU WILL BE CHARGED A HOSPITAL FEE just be walking in the door. $250 -With Insurance. It’s not part of the regular deductible: it’s a separate “Hospital Deductible”. My Insurance said it was described as the “Treatment Room”. Sorry but that is HER overhead Not Mine or Yours. This was not disclosed & you should all know & be aware of this absurd new extra charge.

The staff was very nice. Although I had an appt. I had to wait 1 hour past my appt time to see the doctor. When I was called into the office I spent more time with the staff than the actual doctor. When I tried to cancel my next appt. via telephone they placed me on hold for over 10 minutes. I believe my time is just as important as the staff or the doctor's.
