Dr. Neha Bhansali, MD

Dr. Bhansali's bedside manners are impeccable and her attitude, demeanor and general disposition makes you feel secured and inspires confidence. When one combines this with accurate diagnosis skills and wonderful office staff support the result is a PCP for life!

I haven't met Bhansali since my visits so far have been scheduled with the NP. I was required to make an appt. because they said I had to sign something for a referral. My appt. was scheduled at the end of the day. During that time, I ended up having health questions after all and in response was given very sketchy/short answers by the NP. I'm assuming it's because she was in a hurry to get home since 5pm was approaching. One of the questions would require her doing a quick exam, but that would have taken too much time apparently. Instead she told me to wait to ask about my concern at an appt that was scheduled for 6 months out, rather than taking a few minutes to see if it should be looked into further. The ladies in the front were gone exactly by 5pm. Needless to say, I signed nothing and left realizing that a person Im supposed to rely on for health advice/treatment cares more about getting out the door on the dot than doing her job and is willing to risk patient lives.

My primary care physician retired so my care was turned over to Dr. Bhansali. After putting up with "care" for a year, I've encountered constant confusion, disorganization, extremely rude staff, no communication. They don't return phone calls, so don't bother leaving a message. It would be great to get a call about any results, but you won't. If you're looking to spend your time ensuring that test results are ready (and you'll have to call, so good luck with that), you don't feel well and call to try to get an appointment (and have to leave a message, to which no response is received), like to call two weeks in advance (and try to talk to someone live) to get a prescription refilled that you've been taking for over 12 years , then this is the doctor for you. Dr. Bhansali herself is okay for a PC, but I've definitely had better doctors and will be moving on to a new primary care physician/office. Thanks!

I made an appointment to see Dr. Bhansali but ended up seeing her nurse practitioner, Jennifer Vicente. Jennifer ordered some tests for me, but I have not received the results. I left a message for Dr. Bhansali but she did not call me back. I kept calling and finally the receptionist told me that Dr. Bhansali cannot access my results because Jennifer was the one to order the tests, but Jennifer is nowhere to be found!! This is ridiculous. I had to keep calling the office to find out that only Jennifer has access to the results (which have been available for a while). Still waiting. Horrible.

Excellent medical knowledge and great preventative care. Dr. Bhansali is the most thorough internist and I would highly recommend her care to everyone.
