Dr. Neha Malik, MD

Dr. Malik is outstanding she has been my best experience with a doctor which I have ever had and that is saying a lot because I am from Massachusetts with plenty of fantastic practitioners. She is compassionate extremely knowledgeable in all area including nutrition. My 94 year old mom recently saw her as well and she is excellent with elderly patients.

Dr. Malik has been so caring and thorough each time I visited the practice! She took the time to ask me questions and I really felt her empathy through the things I was experiencing personally. Most recently, she discovered an even more complex health problem and asked me to follow up on it with various specialized doctors. I cannot thank Dr. Malik enough for being so thorough and decisive with each physical! Even the specialized doctors I have seen mentioned how amazing it was that she discovered something so minute and actioned it right away.

Neha Malik is condescending and not empathetic. Keeps patients waiting and when she comes in spends maybe 1-2 mins and then asks the nurse or assistant to do whatever. I was 3 months postpartum (after delivering my first baby) and was mentally and physically really challenged. I understand that its essential that I lose weight but being judgemental, accusatory and trying to 'self-quote' herself as successfully being able to lost weight is not something I would want to hear given the fact that I was a mom of a 3 months old, at the time. I can understand someone being concerned, but she wasn't. I would not recommend her from our personal experience.

Dr. N. Malik is exceptionally knowledgeable in geriatric aspects of treatment, compassionate, always presents a number of options for treatment and care as well as always discusses possible side effects or interactions of medications. We trust her and highly recommend Dr. N. Malik

My Mother is a patient of Dr. Malik. I am her son and healthcare proxy. Dr. Malik is very professional and personable. She is very on-point with my Mother as well as me! Dr. Malik is observant, detailed and perceptive. She is so kind and patient with my Mother which is wonderful, (and not always easy). I feel comfortable with the care Mom is receiving from Dr. Malik and her whole team!

The doctor seemed like she had better things to do. Talked over me constantly and ran out of the room. Seemed annoyed when I asked follow up questions. Didn't get all the answers I needed. Very ridiculous considering I was a new patient. Would not recommend.

We are new patients of Dr. Malik. I would definitely refer my family and friends to her.

Dr. Malik is very nice. She listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions in a way that an 80 year old can easily understand. I feel very comfortable discussing things with her. Dr. Malik truly cares about her patients.

I have been so pleased with the care at Lahey Health in Arlington that I recommend the practice to everyone I know. I never have to wait long to be seen, the front desk staff is so friendly my Doctor Neha Malik and care-givers are knowledgeable, kind, open-minded and compassionate.
