Dr. Neha Valeja, DO

Dr. Valera always takes plenty of time to address my concerns and I never feel rushed.

She was very nice and it was great. I felt very comfortable with her.

Dr. Valeja has changed my life. I have had the worst back pain for 20 years. I have seen all doctors, massage therapists, chiropractors, and yogis. All have said there was a “ blockage “ in the middle section that none of them could get to release. Dr. Valeja alleviated that in my first visit and continued to be able to release that pain in continued visits. She is beyond attentive to my concerns. And spends as much time as it takes each visit. I’ve been never rushed. And have never waited long for her as is so common in most doctors practices. My back pain is virtually gone thanks to her great work. I’m very sad to leave her as I’m moving away. She is the best Dr. I’ve had and probably ever will. You will not be disappointed in her. I have given her numerous recommendations to coworkers and friends alike. All of my coworkers have commented on how much better I look. Meaning they noticed I’m no longer in pain. She is amazing.

During the visit she listens appropriately and has valid recommendations. However, if you have lab results or any follow-up needed, communication afterwards is terrible. It took 3 weeks after my visit to get lab results and plan of care for an urgent matter. It took me calling the office on several occasions to get any information or assistance. No follow up from Dr Valeja at all, but her medical assistance who is uninformed and consistently has to take a message and relay back to Dr Velaja, then call you back with a response which takes another 24-48 hours. Given the medical reason for the appointment was an urgent matter, I would expect a better response. Getting the Dr on the phone post appointment for any questions or follow-up never happened. The front-desk staff are very nice, but communication post appointment is terrible.

Dr Valeja is truly awesome! She’s very open minded and knows more about nutrition than any doctor I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. She’s so patient, smart and compassionate! I’m so grateful that I’ve found her and won’t consider going anywhere else !!

I had a bad encounter with Dr. Valeja. She did not return any information in regards to an x-ray performed on me for more than ten days. On the one and only visit I have had with her, she decided to change a few of my medications that I have been on for a few years and took years getting to this place in my life. I called Monday because of a prescription refill and asked the staff to have her call me back or ask if I should make an appointment, still no response. I am disabled, retired a veteran and could use the VA system but have had great care at this office until now. Very sad for me and the office. My wife myself and my family members will choose to move on to a family doctor that communicates better.

Dr Valeja is an excellent, caring, and thorough doctor. She always explained things to me without prejudice and in plain words. She figured out what was up with me after another provider in her old practice misdiagnosed me. I was really sad when she moved across town (which is way too far for me to travel for my GP) but I would not hesitate to recommend her.
