I was in pain when I arrived to a scheduled appointment and couldn't find my insurance card. They told me they didn't take my insurance. This was not correct because it shows here they take BC/BS. They turned me away still in pain without seeing me. They would not let me pay privately either. This is not good, compassionate medicine. Sad.

Dr. Farris is a GREAT Doctor, to the point of, if something is really serious, he will personally call you to discuss your condition and options. Not many Doctors will do that. Very caring and knowledgeable. Also, his staff goes above and beyond to help you with any issues you might have. They are fabulous!! I recommend Dr. Farris to anyone who is looking for a new physician.
