Dr. Neil Halbridge, MD

The WC scheduling department for Dr Halbridge is so poor in processing appts and overview of docs (requested) prior apt. If you guys don't overview the documentation you are provided by insurance and the Firm and are okay with a VERBAL summary the why do we have protocols on the first place to follow. Ms Terry saying not having the time to overview the documents together is an absurd argument. Really upsetting. Your office even said on prior calls we'll call the client and ask him; then when speaking with client your office tells them, " oh we will speak with the attorney for your appt" so really misleading. On this matter Authorization has been provided by all parties defense and insurance to Riverside office a month ago and no courtesy on any matter; so assuming NO_ONE reads mails or documentation/cover letters. really surprising!
