Horrible experience. No bedside manners and rude
He was very rude and pretty much insulting. I wouldn’t recommend him to my enemy. I called the insurance company and let them know not to pay for a comprehensive visit.

Excellent Service
Telehealth
Dr. Jaddou was initially my doctor until my insurance changed. I was so pleased with Dr. Jaddou that I referred my mother to him. He is patient, friendly, and treats my mother like family. Also, with him having virtual visits it makes it easier for me to care for my mother without physically taking her to the office. Nothing but great service for 9 plus years!

Do NOT go to this doctor. We needed a doctor's appointment ASAP after my 81 y.o. mom's release from the hospital and he had immediate availability. The reason he is available is because he is horrible. As other reviews said, the front desk staff is rude and talk about you while you are in the waiting room. The interns are nice and after you meet with them, you "meet" Jaddou who sits behind a screen behind a computer the entire visit and asks you the same questions repeatedly because he is not really even listening. When I went to pick up the meds, he had filled them in MY name, and I am not, nor have I ever been, a patient of his, and was just there with my mom. My mom has since seen a reputable doctor who disagreed with most of Jaddou's "diagnosis". Quite frankly, the whole experience at Jaddou's is like being in a third-world clinic.

This doctor requires to visit every month to renew a prescription. Obviously, that means more charges for useless visit. If you do not visit, he will not prescribe. Very dishonest and incompetent. I have change the doctor for this unprofessional behavior.

The practice did not tell me that they wanted to see me for a telehealth visit, so I drove a half-hour out there to be told to sit and wait in my car. Once I went out to my car, the practice seemingly forgot about me, because I waited 45 minutes and had to call into the office multiple times to speak to the doctor. When I was speaking with the doctor, he seemed preoccupied, stopped to speak with other people in the office around him multiple times, and was rushed to see other patients. Overall, a bad experience and I will not be returning to Dr. Jaddou. Also, the office had drywall patches all over4, the lobby only looked half-finished. He did not seem to have experience treating LGBTQ patients because his staff did not ask about sexual orientation or gender identity.

I have been a patient of Dr Jaddou for years and he is a very good person, He spends good time with the patient and listens to his patients. He referred me to the best doctors. I wouldn't go to any other family doctor, and I always recommend him to my family and friends. His clinic is always clean and the staff is nice and they are always happy to schedule me. I love Dr Jaddou and all my family are his patients. I will always pray to Jesus and his angels to take care of Dr Jaddou and his family.

Doctor Jaddou is one of the best doctors out there, always takes appointment as soon as the same day you call and that is rare to find. His office is always organized, clean & not to mention the staff are very nice answers your call right away unlike most places. Nice atmosphere would definitely recommend to everyone!

I made a huge mistake in believing that this guy knew exactly what he was doing. Incompetence is an understatement, as he misdiagnosed me, and prescribed the wrong medication that has essentially altered my life forever. He spends more time googling on his computer than actually examining his patients. I will forever regret the day that I came to this guy for treatment.

Went to this doctor because he was on my medicaid insurance card as my primary care provider. Office and staff were great - Dr Jaddou wasn’t horribly unpleasant and unprofessional. Thankfully spent only about 5-10 minutes talking with me.
