His communication is straightforward and kind.
I saw him 5 years ago, his communication is the best I have ever had from a medical professional, and he was very helpful to me. Today I called to schedule an appointment for my husband, who has never seen him, and his staff was very helpful and understanding. They asked all the right questions and we were lucky as they had a cancellation the same week. Many thanks!

He is a very sweet doctor. His office is a nightmare. I was directed by my primary to see Dr. Pearson for my heart and they took by health away from me, with the dealings of this office. They filed my claim with insurance more then 90 days and my insurance company declined the claim, so in turn they billed me telling me that it wasn't covered. Not knowing any better I paid on a monthly basis. I still have a balance and when my next appointment came they refused to see me unless I paid the entire bill. Then when I called my insurance company on why it was not covered they explained to me the process and how his office failed to file the claim on a timely basis. So they billed me to try to get back. I called and refused to pay the balance in turn the billing dept to f off. My insurance company called the billing dept and were told they were not available. I filed a complaint with Griffin Hospital with no results. I have moved on to another doctor.

STAY AWAY if you care about your health and/or want to be treated with respect; they waited a month of my life that I could have spent getting better. Here’s the full story: I called on December 26th to schedule an appointment, I was told by the lady I spoke to that the soonest available is on January 18th (she didn’t care when I told her I already ended up in ER 2 times so this was an emergency). After being told I’m all set for Jan. 18th I called every few days to see if there are any cancella
