A Doctor That Cares
Went to Dr. Alcaraz early in February with a roaring sinus infection for the first time. It was late in the day, but the doctor took the time to thoroughly ask questions about my health history, medications and how the problem started. Then he examined me and recommended a different medication then I was on. The medication immediately helped. Several days later the doctor. personally called me to find out how I was doing. He then called in more medication. In this day and age, doctors don't take that kind of time to check on their patients. I was impressed and appreciative. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

This doctor and his staff were all courteous and caring. The doctor was quite knowledgeable and very patient with my experience. Even the doctor who did my hearing test was good.

Terrible service rude staff. Charged $1000 for the first visit and $1350 for second visit and got absolutely no care! moreover my nose still stuffed!

Long wait, viral equipment, unethical acts and cant trust the ENT office in general. 1 associate was arrested for cocaine use so how can I trust this office to perform any medical procedure?
