Dr B, is an excellent Doctor, she listen to you , and takes her time. I have recommended her to several people who like her as well. If you are looking for an up to date Doctor she is the one for you. Couple of location to see her at... 5 stars

Dr. B. Is absolutely wonderful. She is kind..compassionate and very knowledgeable. She is a wonderful listener and truly cares. I would highly recommend her for Primary Care/ Internal medicine. She doesn't rush you through the visit and makes you feel very comfortable. I am so glad I found her. In addition the front office staff is wonderful. (Seminole) If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Dr. Balcacer has been my primary care doctor for five years now and I’m very pleased with her service, same for the nurse practitioner Carmen. Dr. Balcacer pays attention to detail, makes sure I understand the implications of taking or not a test, medication or treatment course. They respond to my inquires or phone call in a timely matter. And both are fully bilingual English/Spanish.

I was assigned her by the HCA Northside as a physician. I was able to meet with her the second day of being in the hospital where I was treated as a 4 year old that wet the bed. Nothing I said was addressed nor did she take the time to review any diagnosis. Maybe she was having a bad day. We all have those but, chose a different profession. I will avoid her at all cost in the future!

An excellent doctor!

This Doctor really knows her stuff. She is very professional, and nice.

Lied to Blue Cross and submitted a fraudulent bill claiming she had treated me when she conducted no such treatment. Furthermore, she claimed to have treated me under family medicine when in fact I went for an infectious disease consult but she refused to provide the consultation until I had given her paper work directly even though I had provided her the release forms from my other doctor. Then she submitted a $200 bill for services she never did. P.S. she missed a golf ball sized tumor thyroid

Very unhappy! Doctor does not do prostate examines. For the 3rd time, after doing routine blood work, the office never called to review the results. Knowing my blood work results change from year to year, I want to know what those changes are. I always have to call the office to find this out. They have NO follow up system in place. Doctor said I should have done blood work 1st, then office visit, but when I tried to do that, her staff said I had to come in and see the doctor 1st. NO MORE!

Best doctor ever. She's caring, and really good at listening.

She is very good at LISTENING to you, not rushing through your visits and makes sure you understand exactly what is going on. She helped me through one of the toughest times of my life by ensuring the proper treatment which previous doctors had ignored. Many thanks to Dr. Balcacer!
