Dr. Nestor Veitia, MD

I was scheduled for plastic surgery with Dr. Veitia that I ended up cancelling due to the lack of communication from him and his office. I felt very uncomfortable with the practice from the first appointment. He showed up 1.5 hours late to the consultation. The office schedules half a dozen appointments at the same time, and he just flitted from one room to the next, giving each of us about 5 minutes. In the 3.5 months between that and the scheduled surgery, I never heard from his office again. No pre- or post-surgery information was offered. I had no idea how he was going to do the surgery as he hadn't met with me again to get specific details. I cancelled and started over with a different practice that gave me a completely opposite experience. A half hour consultation, plenty of reading materials, and a scheduled pre-surgery meeting 2 weeks before surgery.

I had my implants removed in November. Dr. Veitia performed an en bloc removal of implants and capsules and performed mastopexies. The results are more than I could have ever imagined. He did a beautiful job. I traveled from another state to have him perform the surgery.

My experience with Dr. Veitia has been wonderful. I had a Breast lift and augmentation and he was great during the whole process. He answered all my questions, he never rushed me during visits, and he was very professional. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I heard of him by coworkers and they all had nothing but good things to say about him and they were all right. He is a great plastic and reconstructive surgeon. My surgery was in October 2020 and went great. He is very caring and attentive. I love my results.

My experience with Dr. Veitia prompts nothing but praise. Surgeons can sometimes be a bit highhanded. Dr. Veitia, on the other hand, is warm, down to earth, and a very good listener. My surgery went well and pre and post-procedural care has been outstanding.

Hearing a diagnosis of breast cancer is hard hitting. But the confidence, skill, compassion, and availability of Dr. Veitia stabilized my emotions in a way that has helped me successfully deal with the physical changes my body is undergoing. I will have my exchange surgery in late March and have every expectation that I will emerge a complete, healed woman with a “can do” attitude that will have amazing fallout. I highly recommend Dr. Veitia as a surgeon, and equally important, as a kind man who has his patient’s best interests at heart.

Dr. Veitia performed my tummy tuck and a breast augmentation. He did such an amazing job with my tummy tuck that I fully trusted him with my breast augmentation. He did an incredible job, they look natural and feel natural. I had no idea fake boobs could look and feel So natural. He is so talented and took such great care of me. Was always available to answer any questions or concerns. He is an incredible surgeon and human being. I’m grateful I lucked into him doing both my procedures. I had a breast implant removal and mastopexy done by Dr. Veitia several months ago and I am very pleased with my results. He is a great surgeon and he is so kind and compassionate. He really listens to you and doesn't rush you through appointments. It was a great experience and I am so glad I chose him.

Dr. Veitia is an outstanding surgeon who I am pleased to say performed my abdominoplasty surgery. Before my experience with Dr. Veitia, I had three abdominal surgeries. One surgery was for an emergency colostomy, then fortunately a reversal of the colostomy, which followed with a hernia repair. I was left with major abdominal scaring and extra hanging skin and fat. I used to say my abdominal area looked like a road map. Don’t get me wrong; I have high regard, respect, and gratitude for the three different surgeons who performed my previous surgeries; one being lifesaving. Dr. Veitia however helped me with the last stage of my medical journey; conquering some of my physical and emotional recovery needs. I cannot thank Dr. Veitia enough for his medical knowledge and skills, superb listening and caring skills, and kindness shown to me throughout the time we have spent together. Dr. Veitia did a great job! At first, I was worried and scared about the operation since I had just had a double mastectomy, but his manners and etiquette were phenomenal! He listened to all of my concerns and put my worries to rest about the surgery. At first I didn't like the shape of my breasts but Doctor Veitia will be going back in there to fix everything. Dr. Veitia truly is skilled and excellent, one of the finest doctors I have ever met. Could not have asked for a better Surgeon.

Dr. Veitia is wonderful doctor. He performed a breast reduction for me less than two months ago, and my results are amazing. He was kind and patient throughout the entire process and explained everything to me along the way. His staff worked directly with my insurance company to get my surgery covered. Whether for elective or non-elective surgery, deciding which plastic surgeon to choose is never easy. Filtering through the many reviews and ratings, as well as the testimonials and pictures can be overwhelming and misleading. As I write this review I am approaching my one year breast cancer diagnosis for which I underwent bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction surgery by Dr. Vetia. Highly professional and proficient, his genuine warmth and concern, not only for myself but also for those in my support system, is what sets him apart from his peers. Preoperatively he explained, in full detail, the various surgical side effects including nerve pain, numbness, and limitations. No question went unanswered. Being completely accessible for any concerns I may have had was extremely comforting also. One year later, my results have far exceeded my expectations. I share my story because Dr. Vetia took my broken body-and spirit, and made me beautiful and whole again.

I had a breast lift with Dr. Veitia that left me with permanent nerve damage of both breasts. I am completely numb in both nipples. This has caused me depression and anger for the past five years.

I had a muscle repair, hernia surgery and tummy tuck. Dr. Veitia is a great surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Veitia is part of Specialist Surgeons in West Chester. Elaborate paperwork speaks to preparing prospective patients for a strong bill. Staff much more concerned with such details then any welcome or advice of wait-time. Even for a consultation on routine skin surgery. I was on time. After a long wait I left. Never met Dr V but from the staff I doubt quality of service.

Dr. Veitia is most definitely the kindest most professional and caring doctor I have ever met. Although a double mastectomy and reconstruction is no fun at all, he truly made the process less stressful every step of the way.

Dr. Veitia is an amazing surgeon. I needed to have a ftm bilateral mastectomy done on my chest. I had considered multiple surgeons to do this but was very nervous. When I had a consultation with Dr. Veitia he made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with my results and I’m only 2 weeks post op. He truly cares for his patients and listens to them carefully. He understood how I felt. I had been dealing with body dyphoria and now it’s completely gone. I love my chest and I thank him for it

I am pleased beyond belief with both my results and Dr. Veitia's skills and excellent, attentive care. I had breast reduction surgery almost one year ago. My breasts are now proportionately sized for my body, alleviating the neck/back pain I had suffered with for years. I am also more comfortable and satisfied in my clothes, going from a bra size 34G to a 34 C/D. My breasts are perfectly sized and shaped for my 5'5" frame. I have full sensation in both breasts and nipples, with minimal scaring.
