Dr. Neysa Perez Crespo, MD

I accompanied my mother to her appointment to establish care with Dr. Crespo and holy heck. The assistant seemed uneducated as we had to educate him on what my mom's surgeries and medical history meant. Physician herself was repulsive for me. She refused to listen to my mom or me, even though we had to correct her at every other sentence about my mom's history. My mom tried to bring up a concern and was cut off by the physician. I was barely able to stay while waiting for referrals to see specialists because I was incredibly appalled and upset by how the doctor was more invested into entering information into the computer than actually interacting with us. This doctor wants you to see her every 3 months in order to keep getting refills on maintenance medications you might have been taking for decades before you ever met her. Everything this doctor does appears to be an attempt to grab more insurance money. My mom is going to another practice because of this behavior.

Only about money and over charging patients not there true well being. Who makes there patients come in every three months even when not sick just to refill meds you have been on for years? Well she does!!!
