Not a good experience
After seeing this doctor months ago and having a bad experience. I have attempted to get my medication refilled and they refuse unless I go in and see them every time. Last time they messed up my visit and didn’t know why I was there. I was there for an annual physical and they said they’d have to reschedule for they didn’t get my labs ordered first. So it was a unproductive visit, but they billed my insurance anyway.

One of a few!
Dr. Nguyen is one of those rare MDs that do not come along very often, she is very thorough, she went over my whole medical history before I arrived for my first appointment, she was well informed about all my conditions; I was impressed, haven't had a doc like her in years. She is worth the wait!

We had just moved to the area in June/2019 and was looking for doctor in the area. Dr, Nguyen was recommended by my dentist so I made an appointment when I developed a serious earache. She saw me the same day and was very personable and listened too all my concerns. I had another serious back issue and she again saw me right away and prescribed medication and diagnostic tests to find the problem. My wife and I are glad that we found her and have nothing but praise for her and her office staff.

Dr. Nguyen is a very professional, caring, thorough and knowledgeable doctor. Each time I’ve had to see Dr. Nguyen the experience is pleasant. The wait to see her is not long; however, once you do see her she takes her time listening to any concerns you have and addresses them. Also, her follow up is very good as well. Great office staff too. Highly recommend!!

Being new to the area, I needed a good Dr. A place that offered good personal service. Everything was pleasant, from making the appointment over the phone, to the short wait, to Dr. Nguyen’s time spent with me. She saw me in less than an hour, spent quality time listening, I got labs done the same day, and to my surprise, found my results on the website the they recommendedMemorialMyChart, the next day! Dr. Nguyen wrote me great detailed letter and had my prescription ready. GREAT SERVICE!

Have you ever left a physician's office smiling? I just did! I Finally found my final years of life Primary care : ) her name is Dr. Nga Nguyen. She listens and is respectful, even if my theories are far fetched. She is analysis minded and I felt "whole" in her care. I felt her calm /tranquil well being - to put it another way, it's the first time I didn't experience "white coat syndrome". If you've thought about switching physician's, don't waste another day.
