I was so happy to be seen right away, and this was my first time there. They had an appointment in 2 hours. Dr Dao was very thorough, explained Everything well, put my mind at ease. Everyone was very pleasant.

Dr Dao, as always, is knowledgeable, caring, pleasant, and explains her findings and recommendations well. My only concern is the lengthy wait time before she saw me after the techs completed their assessments.

Proficiency of the doctor and the efficiency of the staff

In addition to being competent, Dr. Dao comes across as very caring.

This was my first visit and I definitely made the right choice. The office staff is professional, appointment was on time and Dr. Dao was extremely courteous, compassionate and took her time during the exam.

Dr. Dao is always pleasant, takes time to discuss all questions you may have. She pays close attention to your concerns. If you need surgery as I did, she explains everything to you in detail so that you understand all that you can expect in your care. When you leave her office you feel very comfortable about how she will care for the issues of your sight. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Dao was fine. Waited more than 45 minutes to be called into exam room. Would not provide pupillary distance so you can get glasses in another location. They have a small assortment of glasses without prices on the frames......................... The person that was working in the eyeglass department is RUDE and disrespectful. You should not be forced to purchase overpriced glasses from this practice because they won't provide the information you need to order glasses online! Free Enterprise.

Excellent eye exam and very personable. It was my first time with Dr Dao and it was an extremely thorough and the entire experience blew away my expectations!

Dr Dao is a wonderful, kind, thorough physician. She’s gentle & reassuring & her staff is amazing to work with. Dr. Dao is extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been coming to this practice since my sons were 8 & now they are 40 years old. I would never think of going elsewhere.

Every one in the office is very attentive. Dr. Dao is exceptional in all aspects. Knowledgeable, kind, skilled. Every thing that matters! Would refer her to any one I know in need of eye care.
