Dr. Nhuai Le, MD

This review is long overdue. I am a former patient of Dr. Le. At my last appointment Brandi, the receptionist at the front desk, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr. Le was completely aware of the issue and allowed it so I never went back. My 66yo aunt (and long term patient of Dr. Le) continued to see Dr. Le and today had questions about a new Medicare plan she changed to. Brandi was extremely rude, threw her hands up in the air and refused to help her. Dr. Le was again aware of the situation and did nothing. The Humana representative on the phone with my aunt heard Brandi’s response and apologized for her rudeness. My aunt called me very upset and we immediately made arrangements for her to see a new physician. If you need a caring physician with a good front desk who wants to help you and/or your family - this is NOT the place for you.

The office staff is very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. The receptionist can’t even clearly communicate to patients when scheduling an appointment and has limited understanding of Medicare solutions health ins. The office manager is even worse. When I tried to reschedule my 83 y/o dads appt again due to a death in the family, she said I could not and raised her voice at me and stated “I don’t really give a crap about your circumstances” as well as other rude comments.

Professional, knowledgeable, very competent. But, comes across as a little overconfident As with most physicians she talks better than she listens.
