Visit was months ago but terrible experience. Very rude and arrogant and dismissive. Not sure why he's a doctor. Also wasn't wearing a mask.

Always good that is why I'm returning. Just because he was having a bad day, only means he is human. Why do alot of people only look at the bad things. Nothing else to do I guess. Heck maybe everyone was having a bad day.

I’m baffled by the ones who are giving Dr Cordum 1 or 2 stars. He is caring and has a great bedside manner. My special needs son is his patient and Dr Cordum takes such care to explain what he’s doing in a procedure and is willing to answer a myriad of questions. We couldn’t be happier! He is a great doctor!

Many visits over the course of several years. Involved in ongoing care even when he was not the primary physician involved. Hospital visits when hospitalized for non-gastro issues. Multiple personal phone calls and texts. Have never seen such follow up by any doctor. Works incredibly well with physicians of other disciplines to ensure whole mind/body health. Always prompt and many times early for appointments. His office nurse Emily is always helpful and available. Wouldn't see any other gastro doc.

Last week as an unscheduled emergency patient of Dr. Cordum he was very knowable, professional, respectful and kind . He went the extra mile by coming up to my hospital room early the next morning to discuss his findings and recommendations he made to my other physicians Then two days later he left a follow-up message on my phone. I highly recommend Dr. Cordum who puts me as a patient first.

Our daughter went to Dr. Cordum and recommended him to us. My husband and I both have gone to him for different issues over the years. He and his staff have always been friendly and never made us feel rushed and took time to explain everything to us.

Dr. Cordum may or may not have experience and technical skills, but he is hands down the most arrogant, uncaring, dismissive medical practitioner I have ever had the bad fortune to meet. He treats the patient, his or her family, and surrounding staff (nurses) like they are not even humans. He is rude and uncaring and makes everyone around him feel terribly humiliated. Do NOT use this practitioner.

This doctor is extremely arrogant and all he cares about is getting to his next appointment. He doesn't listen to or address concerns. A real jerk. I have never in my life been talked down to or humiliated by such a terrible person. He doesn't know anything about my disease except it exisits.

Upon visiting this Doctor for the first time I informed he I could not afford the procedures he recommended to me but he reassured me that his billing staff was the best in town and they would bill it as medically neccessary so that my insurance would cover the procedures. The procedures turned out to be unneccessary and I told the billing department when I could pay but they still turned me over to collections. Probably the rudest group of females I've ever encountered in billing.
