Dr. Nicholas Ahye, MD

I was assigned Westside Hospital with a Left Temporal Lobe suture error because of a Brain Injury and Seizure. I was given little of the details of the expected neurosurgery. After the surgery on the 24th of January I was sent home with 27 staples. Renovemal of staples was not planned until 12 Feb. Although I found fine and well known documents about this from organizations such as Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkins (who recommended 7 to 14 days for staple removal, different from the 19 ordered by Dr. Ahye office) the secretary called me rude and improper for asking more and in her way demanded that I just talk on information she already knew about their address while ignoring my desire for earlier staple removal. In the end she called me negative for complaining and said if I thought the 12th of February was not clase enough she could change things to a later date. I do not want to ever deal with her again but I can not complain her in person because she refused to give her name.

Excellent friendly surgeon, professional ,explains everything in words I understood. He was very willing to talk with family members on the phone ,in other states about my surgery, medications and plan He called back immediately n sent to hospital for emergency next day surgery , instead of me waiting for my next appointment 4 days later. I needed 2 surgeries everything turned out great . I needed x-rays and cat scan prior to surgery the staff recommended 3T radiology (1mile down street). I walked in, no appointment, had 3 series of x-rays and Cat-scan. Walked out 30 minutes later, very satisfied with x-ray disc in hand . 3T radiology has amazing staff Dr. Ahye is an exceptional surgeon Thank you Dr Ahye and staff your the best .

Dr. Dr. Ahye and his team at HCA Northwest Hospital are miracle workers. After diagnosing and surgically removing a dangerous brain tumor, I am now on the road to recovery thanks to their exceptional care. Dr. Ahye's clear communication and skillful treatment made me feel safe and well-informed throughout the entire process. I cannot express enough gratitude for the life-saving care I received. Highly recommend Dr. Ahye and his team for anyone facing a similar health challenge.

Dr Ahye was a pleasant surprise. Although he was running behind schedule, he immediately apologized for keeping ups waiting. Unfortunately, his area af expertise turned out to not be what I need, but I kind of wish it was. Felt very comfortable with him.

Unfortunately I was faced with needing immediate spine surgery, for an issue that I was not aware of. I consider myself to have been blessed to be introduced to Dr Nicolas Ahye, his people and medical skills are stellar. He communicates very well and explains with care and consideration.. His staff performs in the same manner.

After receiving a very scary diagnosis from my neurologist, she referred me to Dr. Ahye. He fit me in immediately and took the time to explain my MRI and CT SCAN results. He has such excellent bedside manner! He took the time to explain even the smallest details and did not leave the room until every question was answered and my husband and I felt comfortable understanding the findings. The level of care is so REMARKABLE from start to finish and his depth of knowledge is extremely impressive. Dr. Ahye and his staff exceeded all my expectations. Incredibly thorough and excellent bedside manner! Will take the time to really listen to you and explain his viewpoint. After multiple attempts at finding a neurosurgeon for my condition, I finally feel at ease!
