A zero rating. I am patient on a portable oxygen concentrator we waited 2 hrs before he even entered room then he acted like he did not know why we were there. When I explained had been released from the hospital less than a week ago with an infection we did a urine culture was wondering about the results. Okay well I don't have any information . He said check with the receptionist. They called next day said received results pick up Meds. Meds made sick called ofc no call back.
