My wife recently had an appointment with Dr. Epstein and was very disappointed with the experience. I felt that my wife’s concerns were not taken seriously, and the doctor seemed rushed and uninterested in fully understanding my wife’s symptoms. The communication was poor, with little effort to explain the treatment plan.
