I had a wonderful experience. Love my results

He’s a businessman before he’s a doctor. They have no problem telling you what you want to hear to keep coming back until they realize you being a client is not making them enough money. Couldn’t get a response from GBR for two weeks about my plan of care before they refused the surgery I am “a good candidate for” after coordinating care with them for months.

Dr Galardi did an implant replacement and lift for me. To say I am happy is an understatement. I have nicer breasts than I have EVER had. Dr Galardi and his whole team were helpful, supportive, responsive, just all around amazing. I will be back for anything I need in the future.

Dr Galadriel was awesome at my first appointment. I have complete confidence in his skills and his bedside manner. Unfortunately, I never saw him again. The communication had been less then acceptable. His staff failed to tell me about needed testing, failed to schedule pre-op appointments. He canceled my procedure and my pre-op appointment for not having testing done and His staff did not inform me. His staff LIED about when a test was ordered. Going through a mastectomy is traumatic enough, but not getting appropriate communication and having lives jumbled up to have this cancellation is unacceptable. Hopefully, communication and making sure the patient is aware of what is expected can improve. That comes from the leadership! Very disappointed and very upset about this completely unnecessary events.

I saw Dr Galardi for breast implant removal. Surgery was fine, but a hematoma appeared because of my own stupidity of not fully reading my discharge instructions. This occurred on a weekend. Dr. Galardi, Dr Bowen, and Alyia (nurse) were so efficient, helpful, and concerned about my well being. I will forever be grateful! Wish I was younger, I’d get two more perky implants! Thanks to all of you!

Dr. Galardi has hands straight from the Surgeon GODS!!!! I just went to my 10 day post-op appointment and my body is AMAZING! My tummy tuck scar already looks perfect! My "new belly button" is cute. I also love my breast augmentation. I cannot wait to see my final results in months to come. If I could give more stars I would. His bedside manner is wonderful and he is very knowledgeable. His nurses are so sweet. I'm in love with my mommy makeover and so glad that after all the consultations I have been to over the past several years, I finally found the perfect surgeon that I felt comfortable with. If you are considering a mommy makeover, I highly recommend Dr. Galardi!!!

Excellent customer service, surgical skill, communications and care given.

Dr. Galardi is great! I saw him a couple times for Botox, but he still took his time answering all my questions thoughtfully and I never felt rushed. If I ever consider surgery I know he's the one I'd go to since he was so patient and listened to my needs. The staff in his office is wonderful and there is virtually no wait time - how rare is that!

Dr. G was recommended to me for my immediate reconstruction following my double mastectomy. I was quite nervous on my first visit. Dr. G and his amazing staff made me feel at ease. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Dr. G is very much a professional and a perfectionist. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Galardi is a wonderful surgeon who takes his time answering your questions and making you feel at ease with the whole process from start to finish. I love how passionate he is about his work and how dedicated he is to his patients. When I had an issue with my drain tubes I called him and they saw me the same day. When I went for my appointments I never waited for more than five minutes to be seen. My nurse and the whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend

I recently had my lips filled by Dr. Galardi and couldn't be happier with my decision and the results! I had never had anything cosmetic performed before but had always wanted to get my lips filled. Dr. Galardi immediately put me at ease, answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained the procedure. I went to Dr. Galardi for lip injections and I could not have asked for better results! He was very knowledgeable and it was a great experience. Most importantly, the results were exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend!

From the initial consult until my 3 month follow up appointment, I received nothing but top notch care. Dr Galardi really cared about how I looked and did everything to set realistic expectations and delivered on his word. So glad I chose him. And his staff and nurses were great too.

I saw Dr. Galardi due to a severe upper lip laceration. I went to the ER , to which the doctor there decided it was bad enough to call a surgeon. Thankfully, they reached out to the amazing Dr. Galardi. He was at the park, with his wife and son when he got the call. He came in right away. His persona was great. Witty and fun, yet very knowledgeable and professional. After he finished in the ER, I saw him multiple times thereafter at his office. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Wish I could give him more stars. From my first visit to my last , he was outstanding. Answered all my question and made me feel at ease . He takes his time and listens . The staff is wonderful as well. I would gladly return to him for any further work to be done. I am most pleased with the results of my eye lift . He is skilled and took Excellant care of me pre op, post op and every step of the procedure . Never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen for all my appointments A +++++.

500 characters isn't nearly enough to express my appreciation of Dr. Gallardo & the staff at his practice. The staff is friendly, professional, & helpful. Dr. Galardi is fantastic. He took his time to explain my diagnosis (in situ melanoma on my chin), made sure I understood, & was comfortable with, the recommended procedure, & performed it flawlessly. I have minimal scarring in an area that probably would have required a flap or graft with anyone else. I would recommend him with full confidence
