I went to ER's "stroke center" via ambulance for symptoms of a stroke. This doctor did not think it was such but I knew it was. He disregarded what I said that I suspected stroke. He and his boss argued about DX right in front of me. He insisted it was a seizure. I knew better but he already blew off what I said it was. I know time is of the essence with strokes and IMHO he was slow to treat and DX. It took him 4.5 hrs from onset to diagnose. Too late for a clotbuster.
