Shoulder
Dr. Jarmon was very easy going and relaxed. I have joint issues. He suggested a cortisone shot to start before we move on to shoulder replacement. He gave me the shot right then and there.I have not felt this good in 2 years!

Not sure how he has so many good reviews
Went in to see Dr Jarmon as I recently moved back to the area and my Dr in my previous town said I needed knee surgery. I’m overweight and middle aged with bad knees. He told me it was arthritis and to lose weight and do PT. I told him I can barely walk and have never known anyone with arthritis who couldn’t walk. He didn’t address that but later asked why I had a cane. SMH!He also didn’t bother to close the door when he came into the room and I had to talk over the noisy people talking outside the door until I closed it. I will be going someplace else for my follow up.

Dismissed me due to age - had surgery elsewhere
I visited with Dr Jarmon in April 2021 because I could not see my regular shoulder doctor soon enough, and was in a great deal of pain. I told Dr Jarmon I had a torn rotator cuff with MRI confirmation, was in intense pain, and would like a steroid injection, or some other kind of immediate help to relieve the pain. He told me that it was not possible due to my age (35 y.o. female) to have a torn rotator cuff, and that people get this in their 40's, and don't have pain enough for surgery until they are in their 50's. Part of the exam on my shoulder was having me bend down and touch my toes? Can anyone explain this? He told me to make an appointment three weeks out to get a steroid injection. In that time I was able to see my regular shoulder dr, who scheduled me for surgery, which I did in fact need, from a torn rotator cuff.

Second time around
Dr. Jarmon did my right shoulder total replacement in 2018. Everything was excellent. Prior to the operation, I had a nerve block. I was fortunate to not have any pain after surgery. Healing went well, arm feels great. Now, my left shoulder is the problem, so I back for another replacement.

Very pleasant and efficient front desk and with people in the back. X-ray in office, doctor on time and was able to diagnose the problem right then and there. Explanations clear and all questions answered. Was not rushed and advice given. An overall good, informative and pleasant visit with the doctor.

The visit with Dr. Jarmon was very pleasant.
Dr. Jarmon was very personable, informative, caring and was interested in my health by asking me many questions. He explained what I needed to know about my impending surgery and he was generous with his time. After being nervous about meeting a new doctor, I am comfortable and happy with Dr. Jarmon as my orthopedist.

Doctor Jarmon is a superb doctor. His knowledge is amazing as well as his experience. He has always been a huge help as well as a great comfort when I was is need. He has repaired my shoulders to complete functionality and set a course of repair and rehabilitation that was clear, concise and helped me through very stressful situations. Great experience
Excellent surgeon for shoulders, he is rather quiet for the most part but did answer our questions and asked several himself. I’m 3 1/2 weeks post op of TSR and my pain is considerably less so I’m looking forward to next to no pain when fully healed. He did very good by me, I’d definitely recommend him????
