I was a patient 4 years ago, was seriously ill in October and couldn’t get an appointment until December. I made the appointment and meanwhile saw another Dr as an Emergency. I was called and asked to come in a week earlier for appointment, they texted me to sign in on Line, which I did. The morning of my appointment I was at the gym, the office called 4 times, left one voicemail asking me to call to answer a few questions. I called back, but they were at lunch until 1 my appointment was at 1:15 and I was 40 minutes away, so I drove to the office. DR. KOZLOV Refused to see me because I had seen another Dr for the same problem. But the illness is not resolved and I need help. He should be reprimanded by the board! The office claimed they couldn’t leave me a message not to come in, had to tell me that in person! Very poor service.

Would not recommend even to talk with this dr. Basically tried to intimidate and was condescending to my spouse to force a procedure. Terrible

Visit was seamless. They scam you by forgetting about you and trying to pass you off to another referral. If you did my procedure, diagnosed me and prescribed the rx why do I need a referral for issues or questions with your procedure. He should retire at this point.

I don't think I have ever been to a doctor that was so dismissive. I went to him for constant nausea...he did an endoscopy and said that was fine and I should go back to my primary doc. He said to me "sometimes nausea is just nausea'. Well, after seeing another gastro doc, that nausea ended up being gallstone induced pancreatitis....run don't walk away from this doctor.

I saw Dr. Koslov 3 times due to issues with constipation because of nerve damage to my lower intestine. After trying different solutions, I finally found that colon hydrotherapy was helping me. Dr. Koslov refused to write a script or even hear me out about how it was helping me. My insurance covers such treatment and the only holdup was him writing a script so that I wouldn't have to pay for it out of pocket anymore. Instead he wanted to remove my intestine! Never going back.

When test results did not support my symptoms of a gallbladder problem, he diagnosed me with two things I didn't have and had no symptoms of. In the first case he said it was the pathologist's diagnosis and he couldn't change it, but wouldn't give me the path report. When I saw it, it said his finding was marginal and to NOT diagnose based on that. Then he put a second diag I had no symptoms of. I asked him to remove that, and he dismissed me. Gallbladder now removed; all problems solved by that
