People need to get over themselves. This is a teaching institution and you are going to wait. I consulted Dr Mahoney to restore my vision and improve my physical appearance. That is exactly what I got. He is very young but has clearly mastered his skill. He just needs some time to improve on his interpersonal skills. If you want the best, then that comes with some aggravation and time.

I made sure I slept on this before writing it, because I wanted to ensure I wasn't overreacting. I expect the best from Wilmer doctors, one of the best eye care centers in the world. Like the other reviewer, I went from room to room for tests with several people with no explanation. When I finally saw Dr. Mahoney he was distracted and didn't appear to take my concerns seriously. I had a major eye trauma and the psychological impact is intense. I needed him to listen and offer solutions.

Never saw the doctor, though those who were in the hallways appeared to be children. I was moved from room to room for various tests by different people but no one told me what the tests were, or even what their names were. Most of the time I was left to wait. I kept telling every person that I wasn't there for tests and had no problems with my vision, and was only there to talk to a doctor. After an hour of being ignored and still not seeing the doctor, I gave up and left. Inexcusable.
