Dr. Nicholas Megdanis, MD

Dr. Megdanis, has excellent beside maners. I was referred to Dr. Megdanis by my sister-in law. who works in the same facility as him. I was having a really BAD time with my foot , due to work. I have seen many Dr.'s before who claimed to be podiatrists . Not one took the time and researched why my situation is a continous threat to my well being. Well I must say Dr. Megdanis went above, and beyond the call. He actually dug deeper into my issue, and past occurences. He didn't juist administer medication for the period , and send me on my merry way. He took the time to research and find the solutions to my problem . ONE year later, NO REOCCURENCES. I THANK GOD FIRST! THIS SPECIAL KIND OF A SERVENT IS RARE.. DR. MEGDANIS.

I didn't have a visit since my appointment was rescheduled three times. Once was because of flooding after a large rainstorm, so no problem there. The second time I was annoyed, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The third time I cancelled the appointment. By the third time, I expect some sort of apology or at least some clear explanation about repeated rescheduling, but they didn't offer any. FYI healthgrades folks, I didn’t get treatment from him, but I think it’s reasonable to leave a review since all this rescheduling means delayed treatment.

Saw him for years. I'm type 2 diabetic. I had shooting pain, tingling, soreness and dry skin on both feet. Shoe size increased from 10 1/2 to 11EEEE. He says that's routine. Every 2 months he clips my toenails and uses a Dremel to smooth the edges, apply iodine and renew my prescription for ammonium lactate. Could have gotten a pedicure and manicure and same lotion an Amazon a lot cheaper. :-( Good news is I'm going to see a REAL diabetic footcare specialist, hopefully he can save my feet.

I went with no referral and paid $125 for him to evaluate my left ankle MRI. He went from saying there were so many problems, he did not know. He guessed it would be a lipoma. I have had them and know the damage is athletic from dancing, not a lipoma. He guessed several things and referred me to a surgeon who charges$550. Perhaps they refer patients to each other for mutual profit. He dismissed my idea to go to Harkness Dance Clinic, perhaps thinking I do not dance, which I have bene doing for years, and can do much better than he can. He probably knows nothing about it, and I don't appreciate his dismissing it. As I left, he said to do nothing, as if it was no big deal. That is a wide range. I asked for him to call me and he called during a time I told the receptionist I cannot take a call. I left several other messages and he did not call again. I deserve a refund. The staff is great.

I took my 9 year old daughter to see Dr Megdanis and he was so kind and informative. My daughter was extremely nervous, which every child goes through, but she was so pleased. We did not feel rushed and he answered all of my questions. His staff is equally nice and we are very happy with the office.

I have a pain in my left foot. Long time problems with that foot. Dr Megdanis explained in detail my problem to me. Examined my, made to order, shoes, gave me his recommendations and spent all the time I needed without rushing. I felt great and on ease. Thank You Dr Megdanis!

Not only is he the best foot doctor I ever been to but the best doctor period. He is the most caring, gentle and effective doctor I ever been too.
