Terrible. Do not go here. Most painful experience with a dentist ever. Sheer torture. Uncaring and overcharged for the procedure.

I had an implant placed last week. The procedure was quick and painless. The staff and facility could not have been more pleasant and professional during my entire visit. I will be recommending this office to anyone interested in utilizing an implant to replace missing teeth. Exceeded all expectations.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from start to finish!! Do not go here. I wouldn't leave even 1 star as a rating if it was an option.

Took my son for wisdom tooth extraction because our regular dentist had concerns about how they were growing in and space in his mouth. The doctor was very abrupt and a bit rude during our consultation. It felt like he had somewhere else to be. My son was nervous and needed reassurance. None was offered. We were quoted a price for the extraction of all four wisdom teeth. The doctor was only able to remove the upper and lower on the right side because he said the teeth were so set in and my son's bones were so strong, according to him. He still charged the full price quoted for 4 extractions. My son reported to me that the doctor was VERY rude, yelled at him for drooling since he told him to swallow it, hurt him a lot, got annoyed with him when he expressed pain and just made the whole experience a nightmare. My son looks older than he is due to his facial hair but he's still a child, not an adult. Stay away from this guy!

When I first went in for the consultation, the doctor was very kind and explained everything well. He explained that because of my allergy to anesthesia I could only use lidocaine for pain relief. However it changed when I actually went in for the extraction. He used the lidocaine but not enough and I could feel every cut and pull. I told him this and he said I was being dramatic and that it was just pressure that I was feeling. I told him to stop several times and ended up crying before he took a minute to pause. He said he used all the lidocaine he could on me and that I shouldn’t be able to feel anything. It hurt so much. I ended up with an infection and when I went back in the same issues occurred. The assistants were so kind. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a scarring experience and I have hated the dentist ever since.

From the first phone call this was a bad experience. The receptionist was rude and Curt, and the ensuing communication was no better. The day of my sons surgery for his wisdom teeth they had no clue that the insurance was fine. I had to complain and miraculously the insurance was fine. Then the doctor pulled a tooth without communicating with me and stated my dentist should have explained things better and his own communication with me wasn't his responsibility. I hope his skills as a surgeon are far better than his bedside manner. So far so good on that front. I will never be back nor recommend such a hasty, poor communicative bunch.

Dr. Schellati's office was able to get me in quickly due to an emergency tooth extraction. They were accommodating and very gentle. My tooth was out in no time and pain free. Thank you so much!!

He was completely unable to manage my daughter’s pain while removing 4 wisdom teeth. She was supposed to be “asleep”, was the plan, comfortable and unaware. She did not even have enough Novocain to help keep her comfortable. As a older teenager, she cried, hyperventilated and tried to get him to stop. She was aware and remembers it all. She still dislikes dental visits and may never feel confident with procedures involving sedation. We would not recommend extractions at this practice.

Dr. Schellati is an amazing Doctor. He was kind enough to fit me in when I needed a tooth pulled last minute. His entire staff was friendly and calming and I was very nervous! The proceedure went very smoothly and very fast. I didn’t have any pain what so ever! I can not say enough about him! I would highly recommend Dr Schellati and I will never use anyone else if I need oral surgery in the future!!!

Staff is exceptional! Always friendly,courteous,& helpful! Dr. Is exceptional as well! Goes over everything thoroughly & has excellent bed side manner! Felt very comfortable from the 1st time I went!

I've had a ton of dental work done at a few places and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had they made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain, everyone was very friendly and professional and I would recommend them to anyone that needs Oral Surgery!!

Nice and clean atmosphere. Warm, Caring staff. Up to date magizines, coffee and bottle water in the waiting room. And the doctor was absolutely great. I was so nervous and he mad me feel completely at ease. And when it was over I couldn’t believe it. It seemed so easy! Glad I decided to see this office!

I've been here on 2 different occasions, and have perfect appointments. The team works quickly and effortlessly. My extractions were performed flawlessly and so fast! I recently had 2 teeth removed and my entire appointment lasted less than 20 minutes! The staff are great, and the office is fantastic. I highly recommend Victor Oral Surgery!!

Great experience!

I was very nervous about my wisdom teeth surgery. Dr. Schellati and his staff were very good with making me feel better and talked me through the whole thing and made me feel comfortable and it was easier than I thought it was.

Awful doctor. Missleading and bad tempered. Would not recommend to anyone. Customer service was awful, tried to reschedule the day before my appointment 3 times! My sister also had work done and said it was a terrible experience. Hope this saves someone the trouble we experienced

Had a great experience with him. Had a cold on the day scheduled, so couldn't undergo IV sedation. I was extremely nervous about this, but undergoing the nitrous gas was fine. He put me at ease and the procedure went smoothly. It took an hour total, probably only three-five minutes per tooth. I did have an adverse reaction to the gas/anesthesia, but this would have happened with ANY practice because it's patient-dependent and not practice dependent.

Terrible. Don't go to this practice. They told us we needed to come in first for a consultation (wisdom teeth) and then blindsided us telling us after that 10 minute consultation that is cost us $100. Really? The extractions went fine, but very little in the way of after-care, compared to other people telling us how their surgeon follows through. Office staff was curt, short and not welcoming. There are many practices out there, I would avoid this one.
