Dr. Nicholas Vega, DDS

Been a client for decades - 3 root canals and other odds and ends - with Dr Patel. Dr Vega left me waiting alone without notification for 50 minutes. When I asked him to be more respectful of my time he asked me to leave. I like professional doctors who have respect for clients and appreciate them paying $15,000 for their services.

I really did like Dr. Vega and his staff. They were always v friendly and helpful. I had all my bottom teeth removed and though that sort of thing is never pleasant they did what they could to make me comfortable so with IV sedation I experienced no pain. His front desk staff are very good at what they do. I had no problems getting an appointment or changing an existing one. In all I would recommend Dr. Vega.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Incredibly unprofessional, rude, disrespectful staff. They lied and treated me like absolute trash. If you want to get treated inhuman go here! They should be ashamed

From my consult to my surgery date the staff & Dr.Vega were completely amazing. Very caring & compassionate. Even confirming my appointments they were so sweet. I will 110% recommend anyone to go here.

I had a sinus lift with bone grafting. Was pain free, staff kept me up to date with process. Dr Vega was very professional, checking in on my comfort level, and if I was okay. Procedure took a bit longer than anticipated, but I never felt they rushed. Very smooth surgery, and explained to me in terms that weren't too medical. Office staff is SO friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Mayflower Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery!!

Everybody was so friendly and accommodating despite an unusual situation. Everybody, including Dr.Vega, was down to earth, professional and helpful. In fact, I’m wondering if these reviews are from competitors because I have experienced quite the opposite! I gladly recommend Dr. Vega and his staff and appreciate all the help they gave me.

When I called for appointment I was not told how much extraction would be. My husband went in with intention of getting one tooth pulled the dr. Talked him into getting two teeth pulled. My husband left without paying because no one was there to take payment. The office called on Monday and told us $810.00 to pull 2 teeth. After talking to receptionist and telling her that was outrageous she hung up on me. Poor customer service the dr. Should have also mentioned the price. Maybe. DONT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. NO DENTIST SHOULD CHARGE THAT MUCH. I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Tried to book an appointment today for an absessed tooth and was told I needed to see a dentist first for a referral. When I asked why, I was told so the Dr. would know which tooth to pull. Are you kidding me? I'm paying out of pocket, I don't need a dentist to tell a dentist what tooth needs to be pulled. I'm pretty sure I can communicate that info or the oral surgeon is capable of seeing that it's the one that's broken. Not inspiring confidence... thanks anyway

Booked an 18 month follow up appointment, two weeks prior to appointment the office called to say they would be closed and rescheduled. Two days before next appointment, called to confirm time of appointment for 10:30. At 10:09 day of VERY RUDE secretary called said we late and the appointment was canceled. Told her appointment was at 10:30 and she kept talking over me saying it was at 10 and we had to reschedule. They want you on time but they never see you on time. Distasteful office practices

Incredibly professional staff that have clearly been trained to keep patients comfortable and satisfied. Nice offices throughout. Dr. Vega was very thorough in explaining through even my simple extraction. Impressed with the level of service here.

Made appointment on bothersome tooth to be removed but when it got worse tried to get in on an emergency basis I was told the best they could do was put me on a cancellation list..Not very accommodating or or understanding at all..
